Arun Chase's Top Muscle Building Tips And Secrets Revealed : Best 6 Muscle Building Supplements For Skinny Hardgainers

Hello Supplements aren't the magic solution to results. They will only improve your results by a small percentage. I think many think they are essential, but if you are eating right you can do without in some cases. However supplements are exactly that they help in supplementing your diet. In certain cases many find it hard to get the right amount of protein in their diet so this is when it can be useful. In addition, it is very useful for pre and post workout nutrition. So the answer is, it is not essential to your results, however they are really useful and can be used to speed up your results (if used right) Hope that helps...

Arun Chase's Top Muscle Building Tips And Secrets Revealed : Best 6 Muscle Building Supplements For Skinny Hardgainers

Hey Cory, Appreciate your comments...just to clear up, I have included under Essential fatty acids that fish oils are a great supplement and hence they form part of the 6 best supplements. I have in fact chosen to give people the option of fish oils or flax seed oil (if for example they are vegetarian can have flax seed oil instead). Fish oils, are no doubt probably the best, but flax seed is a very good option too. So that is something you can recommend to others too esp if they don't eat fish :) In regard to multi vitamins, as mentioned they are a must too...and hence why they form one of the important 6 supplements. Definitely important that people do take multi vitamins and essential fatty acids as part of a normal healthy diet, however add in the other 4 above, and you'll see massive results... Glad you enjoying the articles and hope they help you achieve what you're looking for :)

Hi Paul, Thanks for your kind words... Glad you're enjoying the course...I'm guessing you're at intermediate stage...(quick question have you started the workout cycle as yet? as this would mean you won't get used to any one routine, so your body continues to grow? Here are a few suggestions anyway: 1) Start using the variations I describe from page 151-160 within your workout. You can use these to severely increase your intensity and boost your muscle growth. The key ones you can use are things like giant sets, negatives and pre-exhaustion. 2) Instead of doing 4 sets of 9 sets each, increase the weight for each set, and do it so you fully exhaust after doing (i.e. can't even do 1 more rep): set 1 - 9 reps Set 2- 8 reps Set 3- 7 reps Set 4 - 6 reps 3) Start varying your exercises up 4) Move from intermediate to advanced (look on page 163), where you work only one muscle group per workout and do 3-4 exercises for each muscle group. I hope that helps..if you have any more questions, please let me know, and I'll come back to you fast (apologies for the slight delay in this reply) :)...

Arun Chase's Top Muscle Building Tips And Secrets Revealed : Pre And Post Workout Nutrition For MASSIVE Gains

Thanks for your question Todd...answering each question 1 by 1... 1) When you workout, you burn off the food you are eating and more (i.e. you use more calories), so that just means you get hungry faster and crave more food (i.e. you want more calories to cover for what you are burning) 2) You'll start seeing results very quickly....Give it a try and I'll be surprised if you don't notice a difference within 2 weeks 3) The shake is vital because your body needs the nutrients quickly before, during and after the workout...The only way you can do this is with this shake because: - its a drink so provides your body with the nutrients quicker (its digested quicker) - It contains whey protein, which is a fast digesting protein - it contains dextrose, which is a fast digesting carbohydrate Without it, you won't get results quickly. I hope that helps...keep reading...got some great articles coming your way...

Arun Chase's Top Muscle Building Tips And Secrets Revealed : The "Fat Burning Zone" (FBZ)- How To Burn The MOST Fat

Hey "Fat Burning Gal" :)...like the name And great comment...the only thing I would say is, yes dairy and hot peppers can help in weight loss and fat loss. However with dairy you'll find it contains lactose, which is a simple sugar. And so too much dairy is actually not great for fat loss. As an experiment you can try and cut out dairy for 10 days, and see the results. When I tried this for getting ripped, it really helped to shed fat. So keep using the grapefruit and hot peppers, but cut down on the dairy...Good luck!

Hey Scott, Glad to hear about you're getting growth! In terms of gaining fat on your stomach...don't stress about it too much...if you're first aim is to gain muscle, build up to the size you want to reach...if not slightly more...because trying to lose the fat could potentially lose you muscle...So keep going till you're happy, and then adapt your nutrition and workout for fat loss... I cover the plans and this in detail ln my bodybuilding 4 idiots program (which you can get from http://www.bodybuilding4idiots.com)..and also have a read of these two blog posts I put up: --> http://www.bodybuilding4idiots.com/blog/418/muscl... --> http://www.bodybuilding4idiots.com/blog/337/how-t... Also to answer your question on running...be good if you read this: http://www.bodybuilding4idiots.com/blog/396/is-ca... Finally on protein supplements...suggest you get my full system and check out "My top secret fitness gear and supplement files" which comes free with it. This will give you the stuff I use..so should get you the results you're looking for... Hope that helps :)

Hey Rob, Thanks for the message :)...well any sort of exercise with weights will help you burn fat as long as your nutrition is right! Obviously though, there are some routines which work better and faster at burning fat, especially on the waist line... The aim of this article was to look at those that suffer from a small butt...which btw,...even though I hate to admit it...I used to have too....when the butt is one of the most looked at parts of a guy by girls, you need to make sure you build a butt that make you look hot ...trust me! :)

Arun Chase's Top Muscle Building Tips And Secrets Revealed : Pre And Post Workout Nutrition For MASSIVE Gains

Hey Wilson, Hows it going? Thanks for your great comment and question...think this will benefit many of the readers in our great muscle building community :) Ideally the nutrition described above is what you would have around your workout, but obviously sometimes its difficult to train in the morning or during the day. If your training in the evening my suggestion would be: 1) Still have the pre-workout shake and sip during the workout (as described above) 2) Still have the post workout shake after the workout (as described above) 3) Have the meal as described 1- 1.5 hours after the workout, but half the carbs in that meal However, my strong suggestions is, do not worry so much about the fat gain, as you you won't put on hardly any fat, because of the huge increase in metabolic rate from the workout... I would suggest you also read this article... http://www.bodybuilding4idiots.com/blog/396/is-ca... Hope that helps...and if you need anymore advice let me know :) Arun

Arun Chase's Top Muscle Building Tips And Secrets Revealed : Six Pack Abs- How To Get Yours!

Hey, Thanks for the message across, totally agree! One of the main reasons why 6 packs abs aren\\\'t achieved is because too many people see it as ONLY muscle they have to build there. They think by building the abs muscles they will just show through the layers of fat on top (that\\\'s why those infomercial products sell so well, even though they don\\\'t attack the main issue fat loss)! In fact you might even have 6 pack abs right now, but just can\\\'t see them as there is this layer of fat sitting on top! You need peel this layer of fat off to reveal your 6 pack! And that\\\'s why if you follow what I\\\'ve stated above and MAKE SURE you include the cardio to get rid of your fat you will succeed! Good luck guys :)
