The things is, the OB team gets to count these "new-hires" over and over for their political purposes - but, these people cannot claim unemployment because of the short term of employment. If one tried to collect, a person would have to report their past job, and the employer would be contacted to confirm or deny the past hire. They would then offer the job again. That would eliminate the ability to collect because they would now beback to working at purportedly a full-time job. Case closed.
