It's a naturally grown herb and the Indians have been smoking it for years. In my opinion, it probably makes people a little slow, but as long as people don't use it at work or while operating equipment or automobiles, it poses no more of a danger than drinking alcohol. In fact, cell phone use while driving is enormously worse than pot and alcohol combined and is perfectly legal in most states. Furthermore, we have had more automobile collisions and most likely more deaths this year due to cell phone use while driving than DUI related accidents alone. I would think the main focus would be toward those manufacturing hardcore mind damaging and organ destructive drugs like Meth, Cocaine, Oxycontin, ect. and to go after Chemists, Physicians and Drug Companies.
