Let’s say that Obama declares Martial Law. Guess who controls Obama’s flank when it comes to the military: Gen. Powell. This was one event, and then there will be another event, then another. Does freedom only exist from event to event or can we go to the next step. What I propose is this; each county has a rotary jury duty pool. The 5TH, 6TH and 7TH Amendments to the Constitution mention the phrases, ‘Grand Jury or impartial jury’. In the 10th Amendment, all powers are given to the people or States, but not to the federal government. As it stands now, each state has a House of Representatives (Burgess’, Delegates, etc) and the Senate. As part of the House and Senate rules, public hearings provide an opportunity for the people to speak out for or against impending legislation. The problem is that these public hearings are falling out of favor because of the state’s political bias. Since each county has a rotary jury duty pool for judicial purposes, then the state must also have a jury duty pool to act as the legislative’s final quality assurance to either veto or pass legislation before being presented to the governor’s desk. Since Ohio has some 88+ counties, this rotary State Grand Jury, as part of the legislative branch must be represented by 2 members from each county, for a one year term. I like this idea, but it is also opens up the possibility of corruption because of ACORN and Union’s involvement. If this conflict exists at the grassroots level between ACORN and the TEA/9-12, then how much more convoluted is the State level? Then, is our county’s jury pool suspect when our grassroots efforts have this much division? I can safely say that in southern and eastern Appalachia Ohio, we are of one mind. But I can’t say that for larger cities where ACORN has a greater influence. Even the Constitution’s wording of impartial comes into question. If the Constitution, taken as a whole is similar to the 10 Commandments, how many Commandments can be violated enough to dismiss the entire collection of God’s laws. How many of the separate ingredients to the Constitution can be violated enough to dissolve the entire document? Would each State accept a rotary jury of citizenry to oversee the House and Senate as a legislative body? Absolutely Not! Neither will they accept an open forum for all to participate which is mandated by law. I have to present this analogy; a farmer would rather have intermittent rain than a flood. Now, if the Congress allocates 1 trillion dollars (1,000,000,000,000) to provide health care to all 300,000,000 people within the United States, the maximum onetime payment per year would be just over $3,300.00 (1 trillion/300,000,000). Let me ask you, for $3,300.00, how many yearly doctor visits could you make for you and your family? Not many. Lets say that Obama is able to let 25 million people die off, turn those pesky baby boomers into compost. Now we have 1 trillion dollars (1,000,000,000,000) / 250,000,000 people in the United States. This equals to $4,000.00 per family per year. So I have to ask, how can private insurance provide the same health care with a better payout for doctor or medical services? We know how insurance works because of it private competitive incentives, bond holders, investments, research and development and better quality care. Hospitals also contribute to private insurance and pharmaceutical companies plus receive small allocations for government funding as further incentives. The small percentage (%) of government funding goes a long way to supplement private insurance to provide quality health care. Let me ask this, if all we can expect is $3,300.00 per year per family in government rationed socialist health care, where is the research, where is the investment, where are the bond holders and where is the government funding? The American Constitution states that “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” President Obama, as taken from President Roosevelt, it is the Government who provides certain unalienable rights, that of a job, health care and recreation. Obama’s Czars are advocating population control through sterilization, financial bankruptcy through excessive taxation, the eradication of God and family, eminent domain as a basis of discrimination, penalties for non-governmental compliance, confiscation and nationalization of businesses/property for governmental control, confiscating of all rights given to the States/public in favor or governmental control, confiscation of financial assets from bond holders in favor of Union privilege and violating individual freedoms, privacy and issues of life to facilitate an oppressed society. Imagine governmental health care as population control. Imagine soldiers returning from war denied access to health or rehabilitation care. Imagine while families violently separated because of excessive size or medical disability. Imagine the death toll as patients wait for minimal or limited medical services. Imagine a federal prohibition where home or school invasion is a means of bureaucratic control over family values and privacy. Imagine . . . Nancy Pelosi’s contempt against America has become a noxious infection contaminating all that is good, Godly and sacred. Backroom deals, extortion and coercion beyond the public’s right to debate and vote indicates the intentional railroading of the American Constitution. The law and lawyers have found themselves corrupted by the very standards they swore to protect, but care little as compared to the acquisition of greed and power at the public’s expense. The law will prohibit the public’s right to protest, where the critical mass of public rage will be suppressed at all costs to maintain a choke hold against individual freedoms. Everyone should know John Kasich from Fox News, John is running for governor against Ted Strickland, an Obama puppet. We anticipate a massive counter insurgency organized by both the Ohio government, ACORN and media obstructions. The city of Columbus, obviously does not want this event staged, so they’ll attempt to close all streets leading to the capital, parking lots and access corridors within a 5 mile perimeter. I have to wonder, if our tax dollars went into the construction of that capital but we are prohibited to petition our government like in the 1st Amendment, then we haven’t been doing our job to create the fear and influence necessary to ensure our freedom. Another in the long list of businesses on the “take” suitable for boycotting, Walmart’s anti-EFCA health care monopoly. Yep, Walmart plans to monopolize against ordinary Americans by not allowing ordinary Americans their choice of health care. Any good business person or military commander will tell you, all employees under their command must be informed to make the best possible decision. Being diagnosed with dyslexia after failing the fourth grade in 1962, I learned at an early age to re-wire what brain I had left. As a result, my thought process can be extremely foreign. In looking at Sotomayor and Sarah Palin, we need to interject Sarah for some serious face time to demonstrate the hypocrisy of the liberal media and the obvious contempt against ordinary Americans. One might assume, and assume correctly that leaving my home in Appalachia Ohio to Washington D.C. or to any large city amounts to a substantial culture shock. In the rural and backwoods regions of America, capitalism and community markets are alive and well, but without the gaudy greed which attacks corrupt politicians. Examine the relationship between populations and legal by-laws. As populations grow, so too the laws which dictate how that population is to live. Palin and Sotomayor are both strong women, but only one is a lawyer, and the other is a devoted parent and conservative American. Sarah, I don’t believe is gaudy, or prideful, which she proved by stepping down from her governorship. How about Sotomayor? Ms. Sotomayor believes she is better than the white race, or white men. I would classify that statement as arrogant and prideful, where a lavish lifestyle is a privilege above all other responsibilities or individuals. The law is the law, an absolute like rules at a football or basketball game, the referee’s consistency is valued over all other reactions. Ms. Sotomayor would rather throw out a football or basketball score where the wrong team wins. I trust Palin’s life’s story over Sotomayor’s, especially where one didn’t go to law school. Tell me, how sad is that? The chambers were interrupted by abortion protesters, but how many times did we see Code Pink interrupt Dept. of State Connie Rice, as if Code Pink was justified in its contempt for Ms. Rice. Let me paint this basic assumption, knowledge is power, but individual talent or inherent proficiency, often beyond any classroom environment depends on experience, wisdom and determination.  It is obvious that many firemen were able to demonstrate this proficiency which Sotamayor discredited based her predisposed racial discrimination.  Instead of applying fireman to this argument, let’s substitute the military.  The goal of any military commander is to protect, train and depend on the men who serve under his/her command.  If we apply the Sotamayor scenario, did she equally protect all her soldiers under her command, or did she favor some while sacrificing others who were not like herself? I must also assume the following; those firemen, military commanders or business owners who fail to make the grade or  necessary standards of proficiency must be cut from the program to protect others.  Sure, experience and aptitude must dictate that only the best will prevail, but apprenticeship is never a substitute to leap in front of the class when there are more proficient individuals.  Why would I want to reward incompetence by bailing out businesses, military commanders or firemen who seek deficits instead of profits, surrender over victory or betrayal over saving lives? Obama’s economy is collapsing as families, businesses and our military are being betrayed in favor of rewarding incompetence to justify America’s ruin.  Judge Sotamayor cannot be trusted, just as Obama’s notion of change cannot be trusted.  Ask those who have lost their business, lost their car dealerships, lost their bond investments, lost their homes, lost their 401k or lost their families.  Ohio is suffering while Ted Strickland continues to do nothing because Obama wants to change America’s direction.  Rewarding incompetence as a means of perpetrating betrayal is not patriotic, but treasonous.  The government of Honduras was correct in their actions against their corrupt dictator, but how would Sotamayor cast her vote regarding Honduras? I will support only those businesses and banks that refused government bailouts because of their continued survival, proficiency and accountability.  Obama continues to trash America’s economy and continues to flounder devoid of any direction, strategy or purpose.  We the people know that Sotamayor is not to be trusted, as Obama is not to be trusted.  John W. If I put this scenario in a strategy game configuration, this is how I would play. According to Machiavellian principles, real estate is valued over all other commodities, especially over our worthless dollar. In Obama’s desire to please the Russians, he will hand over Afghanistan in exchange for reducing the American debt owed to Russia. Why? Russia’s goal is to destroy democracy in the Middle East. Once Russia takes possession of Afghanistan, Iran’s apparent political conflict will immediately disappear. Iran will absorb Pakistan on the eastern flank and Iraq to the west. Russia wants a greater control over OPEC, and now will have it. Russia has little interest in absorbing Europe’s eastern bloc, this task will fall to the growing Muslim influence as part of a greater Muslim consortium. Venezuela’s influence will absorb Central America as well as Mexico. Since Obama has little use for oil and gas, the entire reserve of oil in the Gulf of Mexico will be handed over to Chavez to promote a greater push to colonize America away from conservative values. The problem with Obama is, “if you can think it, then it’s possible.” One can clearly see that Obama is not building energy options, but limiting energy options as a way of destroying our existing lifestyle, making it easier to break the back of American resilience. So, what can we do? Mounting an effort of “restraining orders” represents only a minor road block and our election system will only become worse as corruption re-engineers our voting procedure. The government, no doubt sees prior military as a terrorist threat as well as gun owners. Many of the TEA party attendees averaged 50 – 60 years plus, not an army of considerable influence or strength. Time is on Obama’s side as his health care slowly eradicates the feeblest among us until all resistance has vanished. This brings me to China. If Afghanistan falls into Russian hands, China will likewise cloak itself in silent retribution against those advocating democracy. China will implode if America’s value crumbles, but will find itself surrounded by new enemies with few options to negotiate other than war. This puts me about 20 years out into the future and beyond that, it gets cloudy. If Obama wins in 2012, America will fall into riotous calamity with little chance of resurrecting the America of old. This is why Sarah Palin is receiving the attention she is getting because of what she could do in 2012. The liberal press and media is demonstrating little restraint in their assault against American values, and it seems that we as Americans are willing to let our politicians negotiate the terms of our surrender. Sarah needs our help; or else we will find ourselves saying, God help us! Restraining orders are a good first start, but whatever we do, we must be willing to sustain our momentum till 2012. According to the 1st Amendment, the people have the right to petition the government for redress and/or grievances. Infringment on the public’s right to Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness where (4th Amendment) the threat of eminent domain shall not confiscate an individual’s person, homes, papers, effects or against reasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated. According to the 10th Amendment, the custody of governmental powers are reserved to the States or to the people themselves, not delegated to the federal government to pre-empt the public's domain. I also cite the restraining order handed down by Judge Urbina as below: “WASHINGTON, Jan. 18, 2009 - More than 110,000 acres of Utah wilderness will be protected from oil and gas companies as a result of a ruling last night by Judge Ricardo M. Urbina of the U.S. District Court. Judge Urbina granted a temporary restraining order that prevents the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) from moving forward with these leases. A coalition of environmental groups- led by the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), the Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance, the Wilderness Society, and Earthjustice– filed a lawsuit on December 17, 2008 to prevent the leasing of public lands.” A case can be made as to the relevance between protecting natural reserves and the rights and privacy of its citizens, free from being milked by an oppressive government. This correlates to the term “expendable commodity” as we, the public are viewed in the Obama’s administration like oil and gas reserves in the Utah wilderness. The current government under President Obama, as per 16th Amendment can tax whenever and wherever necessary, but when taxes are used as extortion or redistribution of wealth, taxes becomes the monetary arm of eminent domain where confiscation becomes the default by nationalizing private and financial property. I respectfully request to submit this petition for the purpose of initiating a permanent restraining order to prevent all Americans from being exposed as expendable commodities subject to eminent domain, excessive taxes due to lack of governmental accountability, fines or penalties accessed because of oppressive governmental regulations which under the 10th Amendment, they should neither have nor be privilege to. I will continue to petition our government for proper representation, but as it stands now our 4th and 10th Amendments have been destroyed with only random and inconsistent procedural meanderings without any concrete plans for future stability or accountability. Potential injury, no doubt can come from an oppressive government who sees their citizens as inconsequential crops to harvest, ethnic cleansing and/or identity theft, but only cares for its own self interests. Congress’ job is to debate and create a public forum, but of late, proposals have passed without prior acknowledgement or understanding which in the end disables the public’s freedom to engage in governmental procedure. If the government routinely reacts in contempt or displays a complete disregard to citizens’ involvement, then harm can only come from such contempt. Respectfully request the following restraints from governmental harassment: eminent domain, attempts in violating individual privacy, discrimination or violations from prior contractual agreements, (i.e., disrupting insurance, health care, loans, energy usage). Restrains against entities loosely confederated as governmental militias like ACORN and Obama’s Civilian Security Force, Union oppression, Census fraud and harassment, ACLU, SEIU — the Service Employees International Union, National Education Association. Respectfully request the following restraints: United Nations circumventing the US Constitution on all issues of eminent domain and reducing individual freedoms. Respectfully request the following restraints: The freedom of religion as covered in the 1st Amendment continues to be debated in the public arena with often deadly consequence. It seems the law looks the other way while members of the secular militia engage in acts of retaliation, harassment and revenge to prevent such Christian/Jewish litigation from being filed. Citizens have a right to protect themselves and be free from duress according to the Constitution, but if not, the court must referee restraint to maintain civil obedience free from bias or retribution. Any congress person, instead of voting their conscience, obediently filtered their vote through Nancy Pelosi on this cap and trade bill, don’t do me any favors.
