Your Assignment
Charlie Wilson, the congressional representative here in Ohio’s 6th District has on his website a link to "a" Health Care bill. My question is, can I trust my congressman in giving me the correct health care bill, or an older version or a counterfeit. But your assignment is to examine the website from your congressperson and determine if the health care link represents a real or counterfeit version.
Charlie Wilson did hold a town hall meeting this morning, but far from his larger municipal constituents. I will wait before passing judgment on his courage.
What Glenn needs to do is to make a list of “identifiers” as to a counterfeit health care bill and/or the real one, or a version which has since been disapproved or rejected.
How would I play the current scenario as if it were a battlefield? We are witnessing a salvo of “name calling” from the Socialist Pelosi/Obama fanatics, blatantly accusing the American public as being Nazi’s. They are attempting to mask the battlefield. My response would be, split my forces, but first construct a massive zone of landmines midfield, then move each of my forces around their possession, one on either side flanking them. Here I would sit, and wait till the smoke screen cleared. Their response would be to attack, but would stumble into my minefield. Then I would attack from their rear pushing them further into the minefield.
The moral of the story is, what goes around, comes around. Congress is a paper tiger, but we hold the real power.
Remember, verify what your congress person is linking, is it the “real” health care bill or counterfeit.

A couple days ago, Glenn "played" with the book by Sun Tzu, The Art of War. Glenn was trying to understand strategy as an operational tactic, but lacks the fundamentals like betrayal, cover your political flank and show of force double cross.
Let’s say that Obama declares Martial Law. Guess who controls Obama’s flank when it comes to the military: Gen. Powell. At the very least, the military will divide its loyalty toward the American public, but mutiny is more about prosecuting deserters than protecting the American public. What this means, in order for the American public to become victorious aided by the mutinous military, you have the “French Effect”. The French Effect is why the British lost at Yorktown.
Obama’s French Effect is a shadow army and insurgents to counter any resistance offered by the American public/Military renegades.
When would Obama issue this Martial Law? When as many military units are sent abroad, like Afghanistan for the summer/fall surge. As a result, due to the low number of “in house” military units, the American public will be forced into isolated militia’s which will be counterproductive knowing that Obama will use the Constitution against the local militia tactic.
The military will be forced to surrender, put down all arms therefore throwing the American public into the lion’s den surrounded by insurgents, ACORN, SCIU and whoever else to protect Obama’s claim to power.
Bringing the GITMO detainees here will only re-enforce the insurgent cause, knowing that Martial Law has nothing to do with US military protection, but insurgent overthrow.
Congress’ contempt for the America public represents a benign inaction on both sides, but elevates the temperature as a pre-requisite for Martial Law.
What does it mean when the National Guard is forced to serve as civilian police? Martial Law will no doubt go into action if ACORN and SCIU overloads the system as it is doing politically. This will cripple the National Guard's tactical ability, putting ordinary Americans in the cross fire when it is the American public who are trying to help out the National Guard. What will happen when those National Guard units are called on deployment, who will protect the American public then?
The end game tactic is declaring Martial Law, but the “wild cards” in this deadly coup are the military’s loyalty along with the National Guard/Reserve’s loyalty. I know what Gen. Powell will do? Then he must know the insurgent’s location and operational readiness.
The best battlefield is the one least organized, and Martial Law is as chaotic as it comes.

Jury Duty on the State Level
The Columbus Freedom Rally was an awesome experience, but it got me thinking. This was one event, and then there will be another event, then another. Does freedom only exist from event to event or can we go to the next step.
What I propose is this; each county has a rotary jury duty pool. The 5TH, 6TH and 7TH Amendments to the Constitution mention the phrases, ‘Grand Jury or impartial jury’. In the 10th Amendment, all powers are given to the people or States, but not to the federal government. As it stands now, each state has a House of Representatives (Burgess’, Delegates, etc) and the Senate. As part of the House and Senate rules, public hearings provide an opportunity for the people to speak out for or against impending legislation. The problem is that these public hearings are falling out of favor because of the state’s political bias. Since each county has a rotary jury duty pool for judicial purposes, then the state must also have a jury duty pool to act as the legislative’s final quality assurance to either veto or pass legislation before being presented to the governor’s desk.
Since Ohio has some 88+ counties, this rotary State Grand Jury, as part of the legislative branch must be represented by 2 members from each county, for a one year term. I like this idea, but it is also opens up the possibility of corruption because of ACORN and Union’s involvement. If this conflict exists at the grassroots level between ACORN and the TEA/9-12, then how much more convoluted is the State level?
Then, is our county’s jury pool suspect when our grassroots efforts have this much division? I can safely say that in southern and eastern Appalachia Ohio, we are of one mind. But I can’t say that for larger cities where ACORN has a greater influence.
Even the Constitution’s wording of impartial comes into question. If the Constitution, taken as a whole is similar to the 10 Commandments, how many Commandments can be violated enough to dismiss the entire collection of God’s laws. How many of the separate ingredients to the Constitution can be violated enough to dissolve the entire document?
Would each State accept a rotary jury of citizenry to oversee the House and Senate as a legislative body? Absolutely Not! Neither will they accept an open forum for all to participate which is mandated by law.
I have to present this analogy; a farmer would rather have intermittent rain than a flood. The State would rather have intermittent protests than a constant flood of protesters overseeing all aspects of the legislative process. Then what have we really accomplished? Nov 2010 is nearly 15 months away and a lot can happen between now and then. I urge that all states push for a rotary citizen jury to oversee all legislation prior to being signed by the governor. ACORN, in order for it to be run out of town, it must attempt to take over the town. The ugly hand of oppression must be experienced first hand, for all to see its true nature, as unfortunate as that seems.

The Consequences of Fat Raising Global Temperatures

Well let’s see what might happen? First, let’s set down some scientific measurements before we begin, it takes 245,160 calories of heat away from our bodies for every pound of water we lose. Now we don’t want to measure water loss, but the heat generated for every pound of fat burned from either dieting or exercise. There are 3500 calories per pound of body fat with 4.19 joules in a calorie. If 252 to 253 cal (calories, or "little calories") = 1 BTU, and 1 standard cubic foot of natural gas yields ≈ 1030 BTU, then we can begin.
If we have 300 million people in the United States and we all managed to burn 20 pounds of fat over the next year. This equates to 6,000,000,000 pounds of body fat released as heat energy measured in calories, joules or BTU. If we can take 6 billion pounds of body fat which is released as heat, we can follow these calculations.
1 pound of body fat = 3500 calories, so we take 6 billion x 3500 = 2.1x1013 calories of generated heat released over a period of one year, or 8.8x1013 joules. If 1 BTU = 1 055.05585 joules, we can calculate that 83,398,891,047.8 or 83.4 billion BTU’s are released into the atmosphere which is equivalent to 80,969,797.13 cubic feet of natural gas (CH4). 80.9 million cubic feet of burned natural gas is equivalent to 1038 homes using natural gas for one year.
This applies to fat cattle, fat horses, fat hogs as well as fat people who are contributing to the global warming through exercise or dieting.
We can also calculate the amount of CO2 released if everyone opened a Coke, Pepsi or related carbonated beverage contributing to the overall damage of global warming.
What is the Obama administration planning to offset both the carbonation and energy released from burning fat? End of Life Counseling! No cremations, no carbonated drinks, no dieting pills, no exercise equipment and no food will be permitted on planet Earth.
How would ACORN and Americorps feel about lead poisoning when Americans are lined up and executed, then dumped into mass graves?

This is how to respond to your elected officials. I contacted Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) with a request vote no on Health Care. I received an e-mail which was more of a reprimand, so I resent the following message. I suggest you substitute Sen. Sherrod Brown's name for your own congress person or senator.

Please, Vote No to anything Pelosi or Obama endorse which contributes to the
end of America's sovereignty. I can't believe we are even discussing
philosophical or political theory, yet this is where we are because of Obama,
Pelosi, communism and end of life counseling.
The Senate does have the proud tradition of making those undesirable

Every Irish or Irish immigrant should now what “Ipsis Hibernis Hiberniores” means and how it applies to Irish history. I will not tell you what it means but its origin started in the late 1400’s to mid 1500’s.
King Henry II launched his Norman invasion of Ireland around 1180 a.d., concentrating on two assaults, militarily and issuing Irish land grants to enslave the indigenous Irish population. England, determined to make Ireland submit, poured both men and money into the cause to colonize Ireland. Ireland had escaped Roman invasion as the Romans battled the Celts for possession of England and Scotland. King Henry II wanted to do what Rome could not.
Around 1500, after many generations, the once proud English landlords had turned their allegiance not to England, but to Ireland’s spirit of independence and shouted the famous words in contempt against their King Henry VIII, “Ipsis Hibernis Hiberniores”.
Believe it or not, America is being colonized just as Ireland was 900 years ago under the same strategy, militarily and land acquisition through eminent domain. The Irish did not give up the fight, but continued to confront the English till Oliver Cromwell’s horrible rout of Irish Catholics. Thousands Irish Catholics died or escaped to America, concealing their Catholic heritage only to worship in secret.
The Irish lost their land, lost their heritage, lost their dignity, but never lost their spirit. America must think in these same terms as Obama takes away our land, takes away our heritage, takes away our sanctity of life, but America's freedom, independence and Liberty will never sacrifice their spirit.

Change to Change Back
Columbus Ohio, Aug 1st, 2009 is a gathering of solidarity and sovereignty. Any critical mass represents a threshold. Can we make the assumption that critical mass is a defining factor in any change of government? How is solidarity defined? Does it represent a force of critical numbers or the ferocity at which solidarity is achieved? As in any army, pure numbers does not necessarily mean success. Correspondingly, the larger the solidarity, the greater the ratio of quality leadership to coordinate such a force without falling into the trap of internal squabbling.
The first and second Continental Congress were a test of leadership, but it was George Washington who managed the solidarity as a viable force. There seems to be a dysfunction between political leadership while it was Gen. Washington’s heroic efforts who won the war. Politicians are a dime a dozen, yet men like Gen. George Washington arrive on destiny’s battlefield once in a lifetime. If Obama is the anti-Ben Franklin and Pelosi is his anti-Jefferson, then who is their anti-George Washington? ACORN represents the new collective as if a collective represented the mind of Gen. Washington. Any human collective lacks critical assimilation, similar to the assigned name of 5 of 7, as in the Borg on Star Trek.
How do you defeat a collective? Cyber wars, guerrilla protests, media interference, dissension in the ranks, false propaganda, interrupting the money trail. Having been educated in electronics, countermeasures and radar, could I transmit a frequency to interrupt any PA system? Sure.
How about a scandal? As Congress has demonstrated, all scandals or perversion are immediately silenced by way of the liberal media. How about compromising snapshots involving ACORN in Abu Ghraib style hypocrisy?
How about this, if Muslims want to create their own schools, why can’t we have TEA/9-12 school districts? If the abortion crowd want to preach their contempt and corruption, then we should have TEA/9-12 hospitals and child development programs. If our local governments want to dictate their malice and insurrection, then the TEA/9-12 organization should have the ability to create their own congressional districts and State Governments. God’s gift of freedom, liberty and the sanctity of life is a non-negotiable contract free from those who would corrupt it. So why don’t we act as if our values are non-negotiable? Protests assume that the government is legitimate. No, the government is illegitimate and God tells us not to have any other gods, idols or contemptible forces before us.
If the forces of evil are ruthless, so we must. The government’s role is to “condition” its citizen, but if this is true, we have already lost. The government doesn’t call x-military veterans terrorists for nothing. No one learned anything by being passive, being passive is why we have an overpopulation of political lawyers, ACORN and their ilk.
Why is the state capital in Columbus? Why can’t we move it to Toledo, Cincinnati or Lancaster? God’s gift of faith and grace is non-negotiable and the government must be aware of our uncompromising contract given to us by God.

The first and second Continental Congress were a test of leadership, but it was George Washington who managed the solidarity as a viable force. There seems to be a dysfunction between political leadership while it was Gen. Washington’s heroic efforts who won the war. Politicians are a dime a dozen, yet men like Gen. George Washington arrive on destiny’s battlefield once in a lifetime. If Obama is the anti-Ben Franklin and Pelosi is his anti-Jefferson, then who is their anti-George Washington? ACORN represents the new collective as if a collective represented the mind of Gen. Washington. Any human collective lacks critical assimilation, similar to the assigned name of 5 of 7, as in the Borg on Star Trek.
How do you defeat a collective? Cyber wars, guerrilla protests, media interference, dissension in the ranks, false propaganda, interrupting the money trail. Having been educated in electronics, countermeasures and radar, could I transmit a frequency to interrupt any PA system? Sure.
How about a scandal? As Congress has demonstrated, all scandals or perversion are immediately silenced by way of the liberal media. How about compromising snapshots involving ACORN in Abu Ghraib style hypocrisy?
How about this, if Muslims want to create their own schools, why can’t we have TEA/9-12 school districts? If the abortion crowd want to preach their contempt and corruption, then we should have TEA/9-12 hospitals and child development programs. If our local governments want to dictate their malice and insurrection, then the TEA/9-12 organization should have the ability to create their own congressional districts and State Governments. God’s gift of freedom, liberty and the sanctity of life is a non-negotiable contract free from those who would corrupt it. So why don’t we act as if our values are non-negotiable? Protests assume that the government is legitimate. No, the government is illegitimate and God tells us not to have any other gods, idols or contemptible forces before us.
If the forces of evil are ruthless, so we must. The government’s role is to “condition” its citizen, but if this is true, we have already lost. The government doesn’t call x-military veterans terrorists for nothing. No one learned anything by being passive, being passive is why we have an overpopulation of political lawyers, ACORN and their ilk.
Why is the state capital in Columbus? Why can’t we move it to Toledo, Cincinnati or Lancaster? God’s gift of faith and grace is non-negotiable and the government must be aware of our uncompromising contract given to us by God.

What is “Government Rationed Socialistic Health Care”? Let me go down a different road, a while ago we received our $250.00 stimulus check, paid to those who paid taxes. If I plug and chug some numbers in my calculator, $250 x 300,000,000 (population of the US). The answer is $75,000,000,000 or $75 billion dollars, a onetime stimulus check. Now, if the Congress allocates 1 trillion dollars (1,000,000,000,000) to provide health care to all 300,000,000 people within the United States, the maximum onetime payment per year would be just over $3,300.00 (1 trillion/300,000,000). Let me ask you, for $3,300.00, how many yearly doctor visits could you make for you and your family? Not many.
Lets say that Obama is able to let 25 million people die off, turn those pesky baby boomers into compost. Now we have 1 trillion dollars (1,000,000,000,000) / 250,000,000 people in the United States. This equals to $4,000.00 per family per year.
So I have to ask, how can private insurance provide the same health care with a better payout for doctor or medical services? We know how insurance works because of it private competitive incentives, bond holders, investments, research and development and better quality care. Hospitals also contribute to private insurance and pharmaceutical companies plus receive small allocations for government funding as further incentives. The small percentage (%) of government funding goes a long way to supplement private insurance to provide quality health care.
Let me ask this, if all we can expect is $3,300.00 per year per family in government rationed socialist health care, where is the research, where is the investment, where are the bond holders and where is the government funding? The government funding comes from excessive taxes on everything from food, gas, water rights, property tax, state tax, federal tax, global warming tax, energy tax, Cap and Trade tax, taxes for the number of abortions, United Nations taxes, etc, etc and etc.
Those pesky baby boomers, they were the original hippy crowd and now have come full circle. Where they once communed in the spiritual earth of environmentalism, pot and LSD, now are being sacrificed to replenish the malnourished earth of all its depleted nutrients. The End of Life counseling is just that, The Great Spirit welcomes your compost where once you came.
$3,300 is rationed care, no more but a lot less because the government can pull the plug when $3,300.00 suddenly maxes’s out. Obama advocates socialist collectivism where the individual is subservient to the demands of the collective, and allowing whole sectors of the population to perish just to save money, but not necessarily go back into health care to help the rest of us who are managing to survive.
I say, Nancy Pelosi is officially impeached! Congress can now go home and we can welcome our representatives with open arms for turning Nancy Pelosi into compost!

Obama: What I learned Last Night
The “Stars have aligned” as if a prophetic pagan destiny had amassed in a wave of storm clouds. Last night’s séance was more about appointing a Judeo-Christian Czar to demand retributions against Moses for killing Pharaoh’s first born son. I came away with this overwhelming fear that aborted children, our expendable elderly and Christian intolerance will be hanging in bloody testament against the White House façade. The “Stars have aligned” that we act not in conscience but in pagan obedience to become one hypnotic social collective.
Destiny is not inspirational, but a sequence of events where destruction and ruin like Obama’s “Remaking America” is more an obsession, especially when he reacts violently against the threat to his presidency. As Waterloo was Napoleon’s destiny, so too, was Jesus’ destiny to die at the hands of a hypnotic possession of power. Destiny was never meant to be viewed or analyzed at the moment of rage or decision, but becomes a historical lesson for all to contemplate, both in conscience and standards in civil morality. We find ourselves in this pagan crossroad where destiny resembles Oliver Cromwell’s Irish Catholic rout than seeing the moral fiber of lessons learned as set down in the United State’s Constitution.
The “Stars have aligned” to do what? Fear and rage always cancels out any rational attempt at self control or responsive tactic. What do we know and what can we expect? Will Obama send out ACORN as a retaliatory militia against honest Americans in desperate acts of extermination? If the “Stars have aligned”, then pagan obedience trumps any moral or conscionable action of civil restraint. When one is more protective of his position, status or presidency above all other forms of life, then the situation becomes extremely unpredictable as if destiny itself is consumed by an emotional black hole devouring all in its path.
The Spanish Inquisition is upon us as hordes of vultures and scavengers await their turn at the next nation to die of old age. This next nation without mistake is America as if the “Stars have aligned” to set the horizon ablaze in chaos and retribution for what destiny failed to deliver.
Health Care, Immigration, Terrorism, Global Conspiracies, Financial meltdown, Global Tyranny and the list goes on because the “Stars have aligned” in something more sinister that even destiny could prevent.

Damn Revenuers
Ask anyone from Appalachia, “Wha’ ya dink ‘bout dos’ damn Reveneurs?!” and I’ll show you a barrel of a shotgun rammed up your nostril. Yes, it was about prohibition but it was also about the freedom to support one’s family any way possible without the secret police infringing on your property.
Appalachia believes in policing itself from bootleg whiskey, pot and now crystal meth but this is nothing compared to what’s coming down the road. We have racial equality up here in the mountains because any coal mine collapse, truck wreck or industrial disaster doesn’t care what color you are, just that everyone's trying to support their family each and every day. Our worse fear are armies of Revenuers uprooting nearly three hundred years of provincial backwoods seclusion by taking away our property, taking away our kids, church and dignity.
Am I stretching the truth? Maybe, but ask some of the die-hard mountain families who have lost valuable land to coal companies for pennies on the dollar just to have it plowed under. Yes, coal is valuable to America but over the decades, these mountains have been carved up like ant hills, a maze of tunnels and caverns waiting to collapse from old age.
The government has put us on welfare, food stamps and a multitude of handouts. Our young join the military to fight for America’s security, not because they have to, but because guns and hunting is what the Army wants in an Appalachian recruit. What else can the Revenuers take away from us? We pick herbal medicines, mushrooms, ginseng, and whatever else for profit or barter. We raise much of our food and shoot our own game and stash it in the deep freeze.
Appalachia is Union territory, but we refuse to accept any union or alliance with Revenuers. It is only now do we discover this hypocritical truth, the Union is the Revenuer, raising us like sheep with strong backs with egg salad for brains. Who are we if our Appalachian heritage has turned to a governmental rental shanty town with only a looted general store? Who are we if the government burns our churches only to demand that we abort our young to make way for illegal immigrants? Who are we as we watch the same politicians make the same promises year after year, yet we are too stupid to realize that it was the Revenuer all along who said welfare and handouts were better than working an honest wage.
We have picked up our last dirty stogy, as if we were grateful to smoke our last breath on food stamps and welfare. We want jobs; we want our dignity because we built this nation fighting the French decades before the Constitution was put to ink and paper. We are done with welfare, handouts and pathetic politicians who believe that sheep and egg salad represent the Appalachian coat of arms. The Appalachian coat of arms is a flintlock; a powder horn and a Cherokee hatchet, each are deadly in the hands who want to be free from Revenuers and contemptuous politicians. Obama care is poverty care, the same old Appalachian song!
