REALLY? No powder room downstairs...I do not want my visitors use my bathroom and not everyone can make it upstairs. What a mistake! Is there still plumbing available for a toilet in the laundry room?

Seriously? Will there be a blog cabin option for this? To me this change would be more like App Cabin. Keep the same info on this site for for those that want to follow the process on our computers. Even I have a smartphone, I do not enjoy it.

When you look at the map of the lot, the lot area does not include the waterfront. Who owns the waterfront?
