I suppose that's why they are recommending month-to-month leases. But, if one landlord isn't stepping up, it won't help the rest of them even if they do.

I don't know what model of calculator they use, but mine says $1.7M is not 10% of what was spent so far, nor is it close to 10% of what they are expected to collect through June 30, 2014 (more than $78 million).

Property tax relief is just a teaser to get your vote. It will never happen.
