First, you're a freelancer - you don't work for them. And you can't pretend that you do. Using a business card with their logo implies that you work for them, and you may not freelance for them much longer if they catch wind of it.
If they hire you as an employee and want you to have business cards, they'll buy them for you.
But as a freelancer, it's definitely not ok to make a business card that implies you're part of a company that you aren't actually part of!

You can modify it for ongoing clients (change "Services" to reflect that you have a monthly arrangement for X number of blog posts or whatever), but I wouldn't recommend falling back on it for separate projects. If you have someone who works with you once and comes back a month later, for example, have them do a new one.
I have deviated from the contract scenario twice - after building solid, trusting relationships with two separate clients. They keep coming back and have never once given me a problem, and having them sign a contract every week/month/whatever got to be silly.
