Shopping Cart Disco : Not Possible In Real Life You Will Be So Missed

I can only imagine how much time and focus it took to maintain the NPIRL blog and in-world groups all this time. I hope Bettina and the other NPIRLers continue to explore and share their findings of amazing builds and events in some fashion. There's so much happening in SL at any given moment that it's easy to miss things, so I hope even if the torch can't be directly passed that enough people are still interested in discovering amazing things that the information still flows in some way. I know there's got to be a million things I still haven't seen.

NINIKO has a women's jacket and a men's shirt/sweater set up, here's a more direct SLURL to where those are in the shop: http://slurl.com/secondlife/SWITCH/245/37/47

We should hang out together in our bovine avs. You can be imposing demon cow beast thing, and I can be the tiny kawaii ox. The juxtaposition will cause instant gigglefits and possible madness in all who gaze upon us!

Shopping Cart Disco : So is this cyberstalking or e-terrorism?

"Copies" purchased from the original content creator are not the same as ripped products. Ripped content is basically recreated in-world by the ripper -- or whichever avatar(s) the ripper sends the data to for recreating the products in-world. Ripped content won't list the same creator for the item, and annihilating the illegitimate product shouldn't affect the legitimate product.

Shopping Cart Disco : The Magic of Ozimals

I'm so excited for the bunnies! I could never get very interested in other breedable pets like the chickens or turtles because they just don't meet my cuteness requirements, and needing pens and things was extra prims I couldn't invest. I have limited prims available for play and I'm not keen to rent more land just on the chance I might have fun with primmy pets, so I'm very psyched to be able to try just one or two bunnies without taking a big bite out of my prim allotment. Being able to set an anchor point for their roaming radius sounds genius!

Shopping Cart Disco : Banned for SubscriboMatic Spam

If the shop owner's opted to receive IM notifications from the SOM, that's NOT SPAM. She needs to reconfigure some settings in her communication chain there, NOT pitch a fit about her SOM. The whole situation, especially her reactions and words, reflect more poorly upon her than anyone else in this.

Shopping Cart Disco : RL vs SL: How The Market Varies

I believe machinima could bypass some of the inherent limitations and problems in a live fashion show. A machinima fashion show could cost more to film and produce than a live event, but could reach many more fashion fans than a conventional in-world event. The products would be fully rezzed, how the pieces look while in motion could still be shown, and those people interested in looking at the show could do so regardless of time zone or work schedule because they could view the film on-demand. I'd love to see more fashion machinima. It may not be the same sort of social event as a fashion show, but perhaps the show needs to be a little separated from the social to present the products to a wider audience. Maybe designers could celebrate their clothing collections and machinima releases with a party that is simply a party rather than a heavily structured event where everyone just sits around praying for adequate rezzing.
