Just think about the average politician, with their nose in the trough, and you get the answer.. When the cuts are implemented, private finance initiatives thrive by taking up the fallout. Workfare schemes flourish, the extra burdens on the NHS are outsourced privately, more people need more State help to pay landlords. The poor, and poverty itself is big business and those with the most to gain are usually the ones forcing the policy for themselves and their rich friends.. Sinn Fein have probably the most to gain from the cuts, because they endorse so many PFI's, and they delegate government money quite literally in working class Catholic housing estates. So when you can't find employment and they send you on a training course, where you find yourself filling in smiley faces for six months, SF find you the placement. Isn't that how Cameron's family champion Emma Harrison so quickly became a billionaire? After the May elections, when they have nothing to fear, the cuts will be implemented.. It was awful. I think I reset it one time and it wiped the use of valuable keys on the keyboard, like the volume.. Windows 7 wasn't bad, and I loved the XP. Of course windows 8 was developed to sell apps, but they should have kept exclusively on phones and tablets. The mac is great, but again I preferred the OS X, not maverick. It's seems very much like the pre-propaganda before the introduction of Universal Credit. The recipients must sign a contract with the government to undertake work if they can. But obviously the descriptors of a disability and being ill are to be completely changed, and they'll be sending those who have not been placed into the support group to workfare schemes. Apparently disabled people sent to these schemes have no time limit, they can be sent to training indefinitely, unlike Jobseekers who only need to do it for twelve weeks. In my local Newspaper the only jobs being advertised is for training, training and more training.
