Joe Legal vs. Joe Illegal (Final) Joe Legal has to work overtime on Saturdays or get a part time job after work just to make ends meet. Joe Illegal has plenty of cash on hand and has his nights and weekends off to enjoy with his illegal family and friends. Joe Legal's and Joe Illegal's children both attend the same school. Joe Legal pays for his children's book rental, lunches, and other fees while Joe Illegal's children get a government sponsored lunch and other fees are subsidized or completely waived. Joe Illegal's children have an after school ESL program. Joe Legal's children go home. Joe Legal and Joe Illegal both enjoy the same Police, Fire, and other Government Services. Joe Legal paid for these services while Joe Illegal did not pay anything. THIS IS NOT A POLITICAL PARTY ISSUE. IT IS A COMMON SENSE ISSUE. Do not vote for or support any politician who supports illegal aliens. Make it a point to know how your representatives vote, both State and Federal. The time is long overdue to take a stand for America and Americans!

Joe Illegal still has $31,200.00 Joe Legal pays rent of $1,000.00 per month, $12,000.00 per year. Joe Legal is now in the hole by $4,769.00 Joe Illegal receives a $500 per month Federal rent subsidy so he only pays $500.00 per month out-of-pocket towards his rent, $6,000.00 per year. This leaves Joe Illegal with a balance of $25,200.00 in illegally obtained and untaxed cash.

If Joe Illegal can’t get a convenient appointment at the doctor’s office, he and his Illegal family just use the local Emergency Rooms as their primary care providers since they are not going to pay anyway.

Each family has 2 parents and 2 children. "Joe Legal" works in construction, has a Social Security Number, and makes $25.00 per hour with payroll taxes deducted. "Joe Illegal" also works in construction, has "NO" Social Security Number, and gets paid $15.00 cash "under the table." Joe Legal: $25.00 per hour x 40 hours $1000.00 per week , $52,000 per year. Now take 30% away for state and federal tax and Joe Legal now has $31,231.00 Joe Illegal: $15.00 per hour x 40 hours $600.00 per week, $31,200.00 per year. Joe Illegal pays no taxes so Joe Illegal now has $31,200.00

Healthcare is a privilege and in some businesses an employee perk. We have charitable organizations that can help out when necessary. The Government needs to stay out of Healthcare. Leave the American People's Privacy Alone !. Since We The People are responsible for ourselves, then We The People can also take personal responsibility to "budget" our own healthcare insurance. (i.e. Self Insured-Set money aside into a safe account that can be used for medical purposes). Minimize if possible the use of Insurance. This might help reduce Insurance costs through competition. Has anyone read today’s ariticle written in the New York Times http://www.nytimes.com/2009/05/05/us/05immig.html... headlined: Justices Limit Use of Identity Theft Law in Immigration Cases. The issue here is that a federal identity-theft law may not be used against many illegal workers who used false Social Security numbers to get jobs. According to the article, Chuck Roth basically says that when an immigrant uses a false Social Security number to get a job, ‘it makes no sense to spend our tax dollars to imprison them for two years.” This is such an outrage! Enforce the law on illegal immigrants ! Where are the God-Given Rights of the American Citizens and for those who followed the process to become citizens! How can this ruling be overturned?
