Maybe our southern states could utilize the "fine work" of "highly trained" TSA staff to protect our borders? They evidently have a zealous regard for what they see as their "duty". Wonder how many congressional members and staff fly commercial airlines? Perhaps if they did, these affronts to our civil liberties might be addressed. Everyone wishes for safety. Proactive usurps reactive every time.

Tell me it's not so, did Charlie R. actually "win" another seat? What's wrong with this picture? hootch in the lawnmower? -- cognitive thought for 2 seconds out of 24 hours! Stuff like this will begin to make sense in the "new Would Order" being constructed Guess for some living in this country, what's outside matters more than what's inside. -- perhaps for way too many I'm disappointed if this is true.

insecure people and those raised by grandparents who have been primed every day of their short lives to "rule" the masses practice the political smile, the royal wave, spend a great deal of time and money (not their own, of course) working at looking stylish, being in the right place at the right time, photo opts, backroom deals, rubbing elbows with the rich and powerful (only ones who matter anyway) and figuring out how to lower the population so as to increase personal gain. Personal responsibility do not exist. The ends justify the means. --wait a minute, is that the definition for most politicians? --PS, should know, am retired for the 3rd time and raising 3 grand-kids. Truth and honor and responsibility and hard work and God share the first chair with other like beliefs in our home. I'm so tired of all the lies and self-serving "representatives" in this country. I used to believe that we need a few "old-timers" left in the halls of congress to help guide and direct the new guys. Perhaps those thoughts were not realistic. There's something to be said for a valid election and starting over with honor.

What happened with the church the Greek Orthodox were planning to build nearby? That has never been approved to my knowledge, yet the other seemed "rushed through" --- (reminds me of our "representatives") Maybe they do not have 'religious freedom to build on private land'?

I'm with you on the older movies with real scenes, thousands of actors, sets, and plots -- actual story lines. Good stories were ruined by filthy language and bare bodies, which did not contribute to anything except a perception of more $ at the box office. We grow blackberries, harvest apples, corn and such from friends, relatives, and neighbors (with whom we share our berries). Hunting supplies better quality and practically fat-free meat. Our play was a great deal of imagination, construction, and learning to get along with peers and neighbor friends of all ages. Respect for elders, including anyone about 10-yrs older was expected. I cringe when a child calls an adult "sally" or Joe" or whatever. Perhaps we would have advantages if we had ever been anywhere near a farm as youths. Our chores were expected as family members and not "paid". a small B/W portable TV appeared when we were 12, but watching was strictly limited. You have great comments. Thanks for your thoughts:)

Well, Mary, makes me sick, too. Until I see Baptist, Catholic, Methodist and other "over there", I will not be "tolerant". unbelievable. unbelievable unbelievable Who in the world would actually "grant permission", and vote in the "right" for terrorist groups to build a hate thing upon the site where their group had murdered countless citizens -- -- -- unless...... maybe they already rule those in NY? Perhaps no one told us about this little detail. Guess it's about as believable as some "there would have been double the job loss last year without the "stimulous" and related (unread) bills to add additional control and tax to citizens, but not illegals, not muslims, not those on the currently in charge political party. i'm sick about the lack of honor and reason. must have been an extra large bribe, and to so many................. makes me want to fix it now and/or move to a country that is more transparent: we will control you. we will spy on you. we will not let you vote, nor state your opinion (unless you worship us) - wait, that sounds a little like, throw yourself down and worship me, let the angels catch you. - Even God was tempted, but resisted. At least the Bible is not being callously re-written by the left (so far)

Thanks, i'll be watching. What'll you bet there is no mention of any sensitive citizenship and related? I'm not a "birther", but remain convinced he who hold our current administrative position is was not born here, does not support our Constitution, nor our brave military folk, and is intent upon rewriting history, giving away the farm and store based upon perceived racial affronts. More has been done in the last few months to divide this country than was ever imagined --- I'm displeased and angry about that. We expected a bit of economic disparancies, but the intensive racial divisions created and encouraged by such persons truly amazes me.

Yes, therein lies much of my frustration. What we need to do -- reasonably --vote, become informed, question, verify, express opinions, write, contact, support viable candidates. I think some here would be fantastic candidates -- learn about and support the U. S. Constitution, etc. when reason and truth and honor and actual Constitution and actual history count against the citizen patriots, what is there? I'm frustrated. I did not used to believe that total clean out of the congress (votes) was a reasonable directive. However, as s. brown has shown us, once 'in' -- anything goes. Term limits, Term limits, Term limits, must, must be included in our issues. -- (mine, at least) local involvement and information is required. I don't post much anymore as we are dealing with family issues and needs here, but usually read most posts and links. Thanks, group, for the links
