Did the snow banks keep the victim out of view? Did something on the snowplow malfunction? I remember a case a few years back in Iowa City when a snow plow hit a car and it was determined the car pulled out in front of the plow because he didn't see it coming due to the dusk hours of the day and the lights being blocked by the plow's blade. That person died in the accident on the scene. I'm sure there must be sight limitations and blind spots on snowplows much like there are on cars/trucks.
