I do not have it save. At this moment I can't use the phone, should I upgrade it so that I can use it?

I accidentally did the same thing. I only plugged it in to sync & charge. It was running in the background. When I looked down at my phone I it was updating and I unplugged it right away. Now i am stuck in the restore cycle. Should I completely upgrade it?

Thank for the response, I do not have the SHSH blobs stored on Cydia. How can I downgrade?

I have a iphone 3gs, It used SPIRIT jailbreak, while running 3.1.3 firmware. It was working wonderfully, I plugged it into my computer and itunes and accidentally allowed it be be partially ungraded to 4.0. I am stuck in the reboot cycle.

I am unsure if it upgrade when I try to manually restore it to 3.1.3 with I have on my local drive i get the message "I CANNOT DO A RESTORE - The device isn't eligible for the requested build"

Please help
