No we don't have fancy couches or nice new desks, I don't drive a fancy state car arouind. I work for a living. Now that we've made these cuts we are looking to the future and how we can make do with less. Imagine that a state agency looking to make cuts for the future. That said, I work for the state, and I work an academic year, meaning I am off and unpaid during the summer. Asking me and my co-workers to take an additional 26 days of unpaid work is tough.
