At a closer look, your comparison deteriorates even further: You even admit that the "Judaic supremacism" is limited to "the holy land" whereas the Jihadist imperative certainly does not limit itself to any such geographic bounds. Furthermore, I have yet to see any authority inside the confines of Israel enforcing these punishments that were supposedly taught at 'your' Yeshiva . A more apt comparison would be an Israeli funded Yeshiva inside the Saudi Arabia that was actively calling for the replacement of Islamic rule of, not just Saudi Arabia, but all nations, with Judaic law. But of course, we know that no such thing exists. In fact the very idea of such an entity is of course asinine to anyone who is observant of world events and commands even the smallest modicum of logic.

He might be sincere, or he might just be doing PR. I don't really know as I'm unfamiliar with that Mosque. I plan to try to find out more. A reasonable question to ask, though, is if extremism is truly shunned by the Mosque, where did this "Misunderstander" get the idea that getting small arms training and learning bomb making were religious duties? I pose this question with genuine sincerity, and would honestly like to hear your answer.

Dave, are you a new reader, because if not, you must not have been paying attention. The general consensus view on this site is that the entire concept of a War onTerror is flawed. Terror is tactic, not an enemy. The enemy we are fighting is the global jihad, whether advanced by violent or non-violent means, and although terrorism is quite a nasty tactic, we shouldn't necessarily concern or embroil ourselves simply because an isolated nationalist group, such as Tamil Tigers or Basque separatists employ the tactic. Furthermore, if a third party decides to employ the tactic against one of our sworn enemies, such as the regime in Tehran, why on earth would we want to make any effort to stop them?
