If I was looking to stay a few nights in Boulder, why would I pay 4x the price of a quality Boulder hotel to stay in someone's attic?

The demand to be in Boulder has exceeded my imagination.

Teachers earn more than some airline pilots for simply telling a kid what 2+2 equals (with a 3 month vacation I might add). The money spent on their salaries could have helped in other places, but it's all been negotiated and distributed elsewhere. Not our problem.

Their "old block" never existed here. That's why it's different here, and that's why Boulder is better.

In the PAC 12 alone, UCLA, Oregon, OSU, Stanford, Cal, Washington State, Arizona, ASU, Utah do the same thing.

However, none have won the title in football, and none have as many astronauts in space.
