I had no offer this morning, but I just logged in and it says free shipping over $195. BUT when I go into my cart (which is overloaded, has like $1000 in it), shipping shows up as normal. Even when I do a mock checkout it's still charging me. BOO Anthro!

I tried on the Wisened Pullover today and had to immediately buy it -- I haven't bitten on anything with an animal on it yet but this sweater is too cute for words! I can't recommend it highly enough

I'm in the same position as you, 25" of snow in CT and I would have used the free shipping, I don't know why they didn't send one to me.
