<description>it didnt work the first time for me, i had to try the reconecting thing a second try, also i made sure my usb connection was a straight port and not a usb hub, idk if that has to do with anything. </description>

<description>i did too, but what i did was unplugged it and plugged it back in fast and it gave me the white screen and then it rebooted and went on with the jailbreak process. </description>

<description>okay so i have jailbroken my ipod touch 2g and when i go to cydia to update the packages i hit upgrade essential, and it gets to the very last part and gives me an error code 2 or something, i have tried to re-jailbrake hoping it would fix it but it hasnt, has anyone found a way to resolve this? btw i did this using redsnow 7.2  thank you and please help! </description>

<description>yeah all utrasnow is going to be is a package in cydia that you download and it will probably put you in a process and then unlock it. so you should be good with downloading and sycning with itunes. unless for some odd reason the dev team specifies we will have to, which i highly doubt, so i&amp;#039;d say go for it! :P </description>

<description>i always thought that if you used pwnage tool on an original iphone, that it was UNLOCKED for good.  but i may have mistaken and especially with a new update like that, i may be mistaken , but in order to use ultra snow you&amp;#039;d have to jailbreak, if you didnt want any of the jailbreaking buisness you could just choose not to install cydia and what nott when you have to build your custom firmware. </description>
