Our services include staff development and training, event planning and actually working the tasting room for temporary needs. We live right in the middle of a wine region and have discovered that there is no one else providing services like ours. Often times smaller family owned wineries will staff their tasting rooms with family members and friends. When visiting a tasting room and being assisted by \"one of the owners\" is very appealing. However, winery owners and family are not neccessarily adept at wine presentation (to the layman), effictive selling techniques, tasting room layout, creating brand awareness, etc. The larger component is simply filling in when someone is short staffed. That is exactly what we did! My husband is still with his organization but when I found myself unemployed after nearly 30 years decided "enough!". I decided that I wanted to recieve the full benefit of my hard work and creativity. So, I had a concept, wrote it down, started telling everyone I knew that I was going to do this and it took off!

Does yours have the cottage cheese in it? My Aunt makes it with cottage cheese and I think maybe pineapple? Anyway, its horrible but I always find that Ive put a scoop on my plate and always eat it.

Love the trundle kitty bed idea but would probably use it to bed down my long haired mini doxie. He gets a little hot when he sleeps and the two others could cuddle up on the top bunk!
