This poster stated that if Obamacare passes, all the states&#039; resolutions and legislation nullifying the federal mandate(s) will be moot; the feds will apparently NOT ALLOW the states to opt out. I&#039;ll post the link momentarily. Are they TRYING to drive this nation into another civil war?
