They can be 24x7 or night only. The main requirement is that you have to have a certain type of gate at the grade crossings. So, it's an investment the City and County would have to make, or RTD if they ever put the light rail in. - I don't think the trains are violating current rules, they are likely following them. But we can establish a quiet zone. It's a reasonable step and a worthwhile investment for a town that prides itself on being environmentally friendly.
