I knew this was going to happen. Because the front of Bethel High School is under construction there are not enough parking for whoever so they park along what is the bus road for both Bethel and Phenix. The bus driver is at fault here she must maintain control of her bus at all times.

This lady and her neighbors really are on the losing end of all this HOWEVER she has no lease just month to month. Well the new landlords (the bank) don't want to do that anymore and want her out. They have lost money as well that is why they foreclosed! The judge gave her 10 days that is not a lot of time to find a new place BUT its plenty of time to pack and have her belongings and get them out of the apartment.

DMV website says that 9 out of 10 car seat are installed incorrectly in Virginia. This is an important outreach program then. It amazes me how many people I see driving around with kids jumping all over the car.

Beaches are wonderful places to enjoy however they can also be dangerous. Only swim on beaches with lifeguards!!!! Learn to spot rip currents yourself, most you and actually see if you know what to look for. Ask lifeguards about them. A few summers ago Lifeguards in Corolla, NC were actually educating people right in the beach showing us what to look for.

I don't mind "sharing" the road but sometimes I think cyclists are a little nuts about which roads to ride on. In my area cyclist use small curvy back roads a lot that in some places barely fit 2 passing cars. I know its the cyclists right to use these types of roads but I think its very dangerous. You can be dead right and dead wrong at the same time.

I'm glad these kids were found unharmed but I don't think they're safe with their mother. There has got to be more to this story.
