Glenn Beck - The 912 Project : 4/20/09: It Was Close, But Mark Levin's Book, Beats Chavez Pick, BARELY

i loved Mark Levin's book. I blew through it in about 4 days (which is very good for me). I would recommend everyone read this book to help build your knowledge. I would also recommend The 5000 Year Leap, and American Progressivism.

Glenn Beck - The 912 Project : America's Wish List

Glenn - I agree with DiHerself. Any type of income tax is counter productive. It discourages productivity. A FairTax on the other had encourages saving and good stewardship. Most of all, you don't have to look at your paycheck to find out how much the Government is taking. You are reminded of it everytime you buy anything. It makes people a steakholder in this great country of our's.

Glenn Beck - The 912 Project : Obama considers taxing company-paid health benefits.

This is just another ploy to force Americans to "behave" by having health insurrance. Some people don't want health insurrance. I like the idea of expanding the HDHP (Health Saving Accounts) offered by some employers and created under the Medicare Act of 2003. This just what we need to keep competition alive in our healthcare system. Real healthcare cost real money. Why does Houston have the premire cancer treatment center in the world? Because competion made them that why. I don't want to settle for mediocrity!

Glenn Beck - The 912 Project : AIG Still Doesn't Get It

I don't think we or the government have any place to say whether they should pay bonuses or not. Mr. Obama doesn't realize you can't make the rules as you go along. Why should they withhold bonuses when there was no up-front aggrement to do so, especially when some of these companies were 'forced' to take this money? I hate to say "I told you so." But...........I told you so.

Glenn Beck - The 912 Project : Global Warming Update

"I have no doubt that global -- that a trend of global warming exists. I am not sure that it is fair to say that it is a problem we must wrestle with. To assume that it is a problem is to assume that the state of earth's climate today is the optimal climate, the best climate that we could have or ever have had and that we need to take steps to make sure that it doesn't change. First of all, I don't think it's within the power of human beings to assure that the climate does not change, as millions of years of history have shown, and second of all, I guess I would ask which human beings - where and when - are to be accorded the privilege of deciding that this particular climate that we have right here today, right now is the best climate for all other human beings. I think that's a rather arrogant position for people to take." - Micheal Griffen - American physicist, aerospace engineer and the former Administrator of NASA I think this says it all.

Glenn Beck - The 912 Project : Organize This through 4/27

Quite simple; you let people make their own mistakes. I would not be the person I am today without the mistakes I made and learned from in the past.
