Roderick Rogers was being hired out of the day labor site. His name was actually James Todolbolt, a wanted felon from Washington state. He was arrested right after he was picked up by two Somali women as a day laborer (see pic at "You News"). Why are you not concerned about the safety of legal Portland residents?
