Sounds like the good victims of Minneapolis should look into invoking the Jefferson clause. The internet story you've copied and pasted is heavily promoted for Propaganda purposes but it is only partially accurate. The "Khazar" people were conquered and converted or rather RECONVERTED to Judaism. The fact is they were an Israelite Tribe which had been removed from Israel and forced into apostasy. They were specifically forced to RECONVERT to Judaism. The first part of your statement is correct but that is how lies (the second part) are packaged and sold. Most ignorant people will not look into the whole story and simply swallow the whole big lie based on the obvious truth it is wrapped in. The Bible verses you quote are misdirected as well. Jesus clearly spoke to the Talmudic Jews (Talmud was called Whore of Babylon because it developed in captivity in Babylon), the Sadducee and Pharisees whom he prophesied would return in the later days which they have. There is a BIG difference between a traditional Torah Jew's belief and that of a Talmudic Jew. In fact, I studied the Talmud and the Koran and I can tell you the Talmud makes the Koran pale and is far more sinister. I suggest you look up right now the Talmud and do a little reading into what is actually in it and see the Difference between Judaism and Zionism and you will be rightly shocked. Also note that while most seem to believe otherwise that Christianity is simply a Sect of Judaism.

The majority and the worst of these leaches congregate around Military bases because you have a very young inexperienced population with disposable income concentrated in those areas. The scenario is compounded in favor of the crooks by the fact that their perps have little to no personal time during any business hours and can't get off to deal with personal matters and that most of the outfits are run by Senior Officers and their whores who flagrantly violate the rights of the young men and women by cutting out their protections in financial matters under FTC Regulations allowing the crooks direct access to the command who will them threaten and in fact give NJP to the Military Members for having disagreements with the crooks. It happens all the time, Politicians get big "donations" from these weasels as do the Officers Whores Club and Perk Jobs are given to Officers Whores. Crooks feeding each other. If you want to see real corruption look at how Charities are handled on Military Bases, it's worse than sickening.
