Obama said that a 'Water Head' "sounds like a scary dog." You failed to answer why Obama would think a 'Water Head' scarier than a Water Dog, or why his 'joke' would be funny. Leno's was just a slip of the tongue, it seems. Obama knew the term and mocked/joked it. You are right that parents are ultimately responsible to step up and formally complain against such violations of Ed Codes and educational malpractice against their children whenever and wherever they see it. My point is that there are mutually agreed upon Codes, Board policies, admin regs, professional educational ethics codes that educators are trained in and required to follow regardless parental ignorance. That is why the education workers unions are acting with malice aforethought on such matters.
