Hello there. 👋 So I got a notification from the website formerly known as Twitter that my old Apotcontinent account got hacked. I'm trying to get it back but I have low hopes on success so if someone reaches out through it asking for cash or something, it's not me! Also, Hi! I totally wasn't saying you were. I guess I'm not quite to that level of cynicism, though. Yes, we have all always known the risk but that still doesn't make it cool when someone crosses the line. And, actually mitigating that risk was why CnB was created- we were forming friendships with folks and wanted to share more than what we felt comfortable sharing on a public forum where we could be doxed. It was what's her name - that woman from England who was studying to practice law I think? - who started it.

It was actually interesting. Lady is a full time astrologist and does horoscopes for I think the New York Times. She didn't specifically say Warren or Bloomie. What she did say is that in 2016 Vanity Fair asked her to predict who was going to win. She saw we were going to be in a fire sign which means someone passionate and/or angry so she wrote this thing up predicting Trump and they wouldn't print it because no one wanted to read that. This time around we're in earth and air signs so she thinks it's going to be someone practical (earth) who also has lots of ideas (air) i.e. Warren or Bloomie (my interpretation).

We have a cold plunge bath in my building. It hurts going into it - you really have to force yourself- but it makes all of your aches and pains go away. Any swelling anywhere instantly evaporates. SoL came over and tried it out because she was having knee pain and she really liked it.

I'm wincing. When we were younger if we used a word we weren't supposed to my mom would make us stand in the kitchen with our tongue out, she'd put Tabasco sauce on it and we'd have to hold it that way for however many minutes she put on the timer. Thank goodness she never thought of the eyeballs!
