I have suffered with Panic Attacks for a few years. Admittedly, going to a therapist is the best way for straighten you out, to an extent.

When I went, the therapists helped get to the root of my problem and thus, taught me how to deal with it. I'm not too sure what exactly is causing your anxiety, but I will say that self-reassurance is key to stopping the panic attacks from occurring. For example, I can't look at people when I suffer from a panic attack, but I reassure myself that nobody is out to get me or harm me in any way. I open myself to a friend and seek their advice and they bring reassurance that I am okay. It seems hopeless and useless, but it certainly works, at least it did me.

In the end, the only person who can truly stop them is yourself. At least, from my experiences it is. But getting help from someone else is always a good option. But my therapist told me that only I can truly put an end to my anxiety. She could only do so much.

Not to sure if this was helpful, but nevertheless I hope you can find peace of mind. Remember, you are not alone.

Agree with all of you. I do recall having them occasionally, although I don't remember most of them.

I do believe I had a dream where I had dinner with Cadence and it get incredibly awkward for some reason!

Alas, it is almost 2 a.m. and I have awoken from a PONY DREAM!

I had a dream that Luna, Celestia and I were at a bowling alley. Luna got a Turkey and thus, celebrated by dancing with a Turkey!

Has anyone else had pony dreams? I tend to get them occasionally.
