WHAT A CLASS ACT !!!!! Sarah Palin is looking out for the people of her state of Alaska and the wasting of their tax dollars to prove the frivilousness of the Left's claims. Mr Obama, why don't you taks an example from this great lady, quit wasting our tax dollars, and step down.
Don't be fooled. Nothing is going to happen to Imelt at GE. Imelt and Obama are in bed together which means big bucks for GE (Government Electric). Who do you think is going to produce all of those wind turbines that Obama wants in order to produce electric? The board members are not going to do anything negative to him.
Just have to wait for a federal tax on exessive weight. I'm sure the Obama administration will figure out some way to spin this into the urgent need to impose a tax penalty on anyone who is overweight. Could become part of the Sin Tax Package.
Here in Sacramento, we drew a very large crowd. The exact number we're not sure since the police aren't releasing their crowd estimates, for whatever reason. I do know that they were expecting less than 5,000 to attend, but it obviously exceeded that number, which I've heard estimates ranging between 10,000 and 15,000 attendees.
We arrived a few hours prior to the beginning of the Tea Party, and were surprised to see how many were already there and how many more were arriving with a steady flow. I moved around through the crowd for most of the 5 hours that we were there and I can honestly say that there were people of ALL ages there. There were many children that were attending which either took time from school or were on spring break. I was surprised at how many college-aged people were there, and very happy to see that there are actually so many of that generation which had not allowed themselves to be told what and how to think. If I were to estimate the average age of those attending, unlike Carville, I would say it was closer to 35, contradicting Carville's average age estimation by 37.4 years.
I personally like the fact that carville said that the average age of the people that attended the tea parties was 72.4. That's not what I seen here at the Sacramento Tea Party. I think Carville needs a new pair of glasses. The liberals are trying their damndest to play this down. If the Tea Parties weren't a threat to them they would simply ignore them rather than to go on the offensive like they have. We have them running scared. Here in Sacramento the State Congress was in session during the Tea Party. They were actually voting on raising the California tobaco tax while we were making ourselves heard that we want no more taxes and no more spending. Ironic, huh?
There is a very simple solution to the so-called "anchor baby" problem. It is simply to write the laws which would clearly state that if you have a child within the borders of the United States and you are not here legally, your child, just as you, are not here legally, and is NOT an American citizen, thus having no rights as an American citizen. Thus, if you are deported, which you should be, so is your child. So much money is wasted nationwide, more so in some states than others, by giving social benefits to people who have absolutely no right to be here. I have no problem with legal immigration. Go thropugh the proper channels utilizing the proper methods to do so. Why is it so difficult for our congressional members to write bills and pass laws without loop holes the size of the Grand Canyon?
Personally, I haven't seen anyone calling for an armed revolt. Just like a liberal, chuckflynn hears and sees what he/she wants to. For many years our military has had a very simple ideology which I believe and follow in my civilian life. Peace through strength. In the civilian world it is very simply viewd as peace through unity. But, like the military who aren't afraid to put their lives on the line should the peace be shattered, there are many who feel the same should this country continue to take advantage of the people of this country and crap all over their rights as Americans. Personally, I fear for the current direction of this country. I fear that in a short period of time we will be stripped of our rights before we realize it's happened. I also fear that there will be many great men and women who love this country for what is was founded as, who will lose their lives trying to regain their freedoms. You, Chuckflynn, should be afraid of losing those same rights, because you will not only lose those rights but will look the fool for supporting the very people who took them away.
The slight majority of the American people were fooled into the "Making History" scam. This community organizer, president want-to-be ran on one simple word, "CHANGE" we these people didn't have the common sense to ask, "What kind of change?" In the 20th century there was another hopeful wanting to be a national leader who ran on the promise of "CHANGE." After he was elected into office the people of his country were not happy with his changes either. That leader was Castro. The people got what they voted for. They just didn't realize what they were voting for
A short history lesson. On the 19th day of April in the year 1775 there was a confrontation between 300 colonist and a group of British on the Old North Bridge in Concord, Massachusettes. Unlike past confrontations, the colonists came armed this time and drove the British back. This small but important battle boasts the Shot That Was Heard Around The World. Tomorrow's tea parties held throughout this great nation, done in unity may become the SHOUT That Was Heard Around The World. Cling to your values, beliefs, and morals, and Unite for the common good of this nation.
I am glad to see that you have the conviction to attend a tea party tomorrow and let your voice be heard in unity with the many others who want to see this great country get back onto the right road. Our government needs to be reminded that it is NOT we the government, but We The People. My wife, son and I will be attending 2 tea parties here in Sacramento tomorrow, and my 2 daughters will be attending tea parties in Chicago. Alone, we are but a wimper in the forest, but united we are a very loud voice.
