For a start, it's over 450 pages long, which would really mean two books rather than one, and there is a whole lot of work that I would need to do to make it print ready - I had no idea what print requirements were when I started making it. I would still like to put a PDF version together though, so at least people can have their own copies, rather than relying on me keeping the site going forever - so that is definitely on my list of things I would like to do. I don't want to make any promises, though.
