IAMfourzerotwo : Modern Warfare 2 For PC

Dear 402, IW, Treyarch, Activision: (Pretty much whoever will listen) PC Gamers are not always like Console gamers. I'm sure the matchmaking works well on consoles. I'm sure it'd work ok for PC users. This "IWNET" will NEVER, I repeat, NEVER be able to match people up by SKILL. Rank doesn't = skill. Any moron who plays for 2 months, 2 hours per night, on COD4 could reach level 55. It would just take longer and be more painful. I don't want to play against people that have the same rank as me. I like the diversity. If you play with people for a long time (IE, clans, clan servers), you find out who the talented players are, and who has just played a long time. People with more skill, generally know the servers where they will be able to find players that also have the same or higher skill level. Take a lesson from our current President. He knows that you can't just push people into new things, we'd be pissed and probably revolt (that's what you have here). IF you'd thought this through clearly, then you would have developed this totally unnecessary IWNET, and kept in the dedicated server list. OR, you could have added other options to the dedicated server list that people have said they wanted. COD5 (W@W) brought us the friends list. Unfortunately, it was broken and had no features other than joining a game or inviting them to a game. Well, Xfire (and steam I've heard) has the same thing and they do it better, so they wasted time (which = money) on something pretty darn close to worthless. It seems you want to resort to controlling the experience, rather than letting us choose the experience. Guess what? WE DON'T LIKE IT. You want us to bye the game? Release this IWNET and the game in a beta. Right now, I'm not planning on buying this game, PERIOD. I was going to buy it opening day for PC (probably pre-order soon) and later down the road buy the "Prestige Edition" for PS3. NOW, i"m not buying either one, so you're out $200... at least. And that would bring me to my last point. "Prestige editions" for consoles and we get the fucking cardboard box? What the heck? We want NVGs every now and then, too. If they work as well as they look, they'll probably stink and I'll be glad I didn't buy them, but I like NVGs. I use them at work and have used them overseas. It's not just that, you didn't even OFFER IT for the PC. AND now, you have us paying $10 more than usual (up from $50 to $60) just for this IWNET match-making crap? c'mon, you're not cupid. You're screwing this stuff up almost as much as Treyarch did with the initial release of World @ War. It's a sorta fun game now, but still reeks of noobish game play (constant camping by some, constant run'n'gun with the fastest gun they can find) and the maps support that play. I long for the days of HUGE maps and no ranking up bullshit like we had with COD UO. 44Grim, aka GRIM|MWB out... until you fix this crap.

All American Blogger : Democrat Economics Explained: The Public Option is Market Based

i think they have a lot of good ideas in this bill to make things more efficient. unfortunately for them, I think most of the plans they have are terrible for our economy and our citizens. we could use a 'national id card' to that would have all of your information on it (but i don't trust the government with this). i think we should definitely promote a wired network between all primary physician care places... we could do it similar to the 'Gore bill" in 1991 or so. on second thought, maybe not, i'd rather see a privatized company do all the work to get this done, then the contracts won't be completely terrible. point i'm trying to make is: there are a few good ideas in this bill that they could put into our CURRENT system, which just happens to be best in the world. it would be like giving the steelers larry fitzgerald and Adrian peterson... make an already great thing even better... instead of trying to take away calvin johnson and kevin smith from the lions and telling them they have to compete with me as their running back.

well, it'd work better than what we have now and paying an extra 1/3 on the things that we buy. it's 22% "inclusive" but about 29% exclusive. that's just slightly ridiculous in my opinion. either way, a new tax structure is only going to benefit the country if people with common sense run the new tax code. it won't matter what tax code we change to if the same clowns are in office.

Let's mix the fair tax and the flat tax. 1% FLAT income tax rate with no deductions, no prebates, not a thing. every check you get they take out 1% for federal taxes. in addition, they cut the 'sales tax' by about 2/3. 10% eclusive instead of 29% exclusive (~22% inclusive). 3% on used items, 1% on internet sales.

About the Nasa/black hole story: Nasa has found a monster black hole 100 million times the mass of the Sun feeding off gas, dust and stars at the centre of a galaxy 50 million light-years away.
Then let's come up with a plan that frees things up, Martin, not controls things even more. You are against the current controls of insurance agencies, but you're jumping onto the "only" plan that is out there and supporting more control by bureaucrats. That makes no sense whatsoever. Rather than jump on the only plan out there, we can keep from jumping off a cliff by keeping the status quo and wait until people who actually care about us are in office. Yes, spending was up from 2000-2008. Guess who controlled Congress at that time, too? Oh yeah, the same people controlling it today... if you didn't get it, they're Democrats.

The food is free. You just have to pay the farmers. And you have to pay for the land. And, I think the land should be free, it's new land. And I think we should sell it at the Farmer's market. The thing I didn't like: they let some bimbo who needs to lose a few pounds talk for a while (no she's a bimbo because of her intelligence) about next to nothing, but censor the concerned citizen and time him with a stop watch?
All American Blogger : 22 Year Old Alcoholic Refused Liver Transplant, Dies In UK Hospital

I'm all for logic instead of empathy, which is what it appears this story hits on (empathy). it's sad that he died. The rules that are in place, are in place for a reason to give the healthiest people the best chance to continue living. sometimes it's not fair, sometimes it's not nice. BUT, if it was a healthy person (say duane's wife) or the guy who's been drinking for 13 years, I would hope they'd give the transplant to duane's wife, who has lived a more healthy life. I don't believe this is an example of health care rationing. If you don't have enough organs to go around (we usually don't) then the healthy, younger people should get them. Not based on who gives the most money, not based on who has the bigger sob story. It should go in order of the people who've been on the list the longest and have lived a life that fits within the guidelines of healthy transplanting. While I agree that this story for this family sucks, I'm afraid I've become calloused the last few months (years) and don't have the empathy that I once did for people continuing to act foolishly and being rewarded for bad mistakes.

so because there's only 1 crappy plan, we should jump all over it? Because 1 guy doesn't know the plan doesn't mean there isn't one. look up "Republican Health Care Plan [or proposal]". they suck almost as much as the current democratic plans. they have NO PLAN to fix our healthcare (BOTH PARTIES) without taking control of what we can get insurance wise and procedure wise. do you not understand that both parties care more about themselves than they do us? Here's a simple way to fix our health care: put people in both houses of Congress on OUR plans, no special ones for them.

All American Blogger : Democrats Hammered In Public Forums Over Government Run Health Care

I wonder if he answered that question based on facts or just random thoughts in his brain. I went to the emergency room last August/September. I thought I'd broken my toe/foot and possibly torn a tendon. I got the x-rays, MRI and sat in a room waiting for 1/5-2 hours (my guess is that will be 3x longer with Obamacare) for results, while nurses talked to each other (doing nothing). I don't have health insurance, and guess what... the government didn't pay a dime. The "public" didn't pay a dime. I payed 100% of my outrageous costs myself. What I don't get is: I got my bill from the hospital, close to $720 (for 2 hours tops). I also received a bill from "Radiology Associates" for $64.25 in Lincoln and $139 from Auburn Family Health. One x-ray was taken and One MRI was taken. I received no special walking shoes, just a stretchy wrap for my foot. I never stepped foot in AFH, but they said they "bill for the doctors". I never told Radiology Associates to look at my MRI (or do whatever they did... they never contacted me prior to sending me a bill). What's broken with health care? people that do nothing charge outrageous amounts for no service. at least 50% of costs as it is are administrative, not for the care you're getting... or for taxes. Do you want to fix it? try doing to health care the same thing you guys did to credit card companies. don't create a new health 'care' idea.
