Ultimately you have to be able to make a case that Apple is trying to market a clearly inferior product in order for your argument to stand up. Strong iPhone 4 sales would suggest to me that the numbers may not be quite as indicative of the impending death of Android as you think, since a lot of those were could have been upgrades. Never assume that the numbers you get from anywhere are representative of anything (including what they are supposedly about) unless you get to see all the data, and the collection method.
