This is interesting, I've always assumed the Pedersen clan was on the list of Carte Blanche developers in Boulder.

"People who park on Cascade, Aurora or Euclid and want to walk to an event or a hike at Chautauqua must cross four lanes of often speeding and unyielding traffic (two to get to the west side of the street and two to get back)."

The solution is already in place. Instead of crossing 9th, turn around and walk to the much less traveled Lincoln. At Lincoln and Baseline, go a half a block east to the protected crosswalk into Chautauqua.

If you've parked west of 9th, the same solution applies to the protected crosswalk at Grant and Baseline.

In other words, expanding a four-lane highway into a four-lane highway.

The Hill has a diverse range of businesses, Albums, Art Supplies, Gifts, Hair, Bikes, and more... Shoemaker should be promoting the shops in his own neighborhood rather than throwing them under the Pipe Shop bus.

Who doesn't love a few sage words from Spitzer? He has Tree Memorial Service cred.

Regardless of content and the possibility this letter was written as a joke, the repeated use of "crybaby losers" essentially equals hate speech. Poor editing on the Camera's part.

If there was a specific related item on the agenda, it's a little much to be asking County residents to attend City meetings, isn't it? Whatever Weaver cooked up would be hardly cause to attend a meeting outside of your represented jurisdiction. Calling out the fine County folks of Palo Park is inappropriate.

Palo Park proper is County not City.

"As Via commemorates 35 years, it's important to recognize how much Via benefits our community,"

Pretty rich coming from an organization that couldn't be bothered to find a Boulder County dealership to buy their recent fleet vehicles from. Next time, remember the word "community."
