Who gives a hoot about the Left's divided leadership and its squabbles? The "Stall" is caused by the de facto 'buy out' of potential protesters: no more draft. No more pesky students and vets barking about murderous US militarism. It's a volunteer army now. The end of a draft and its replacement with a volunteer army stalled the antiwar movement.
