I'd probably say the worst offender that I have seen is the little coffee shop right by Ofinnigans bar on Hwy 99 just past the Food Emporium

I could care less if they wear a bikini - bra top - lingerie whatever... but when you drive down hwy 99 and there is a girl with stickers on her boobs and a thong and laying out on the picnic table by the road like she is waiting for her 'desert' LOL That is a little over the top I think

I know this situation is not funny at all, and I mean no disrespect. BUT COME ON. It sounds like this man had more than enough warnings to stay away from the power line and he still didn't listen. I wonder if he was blocked onto his property and was trying to solve the problem that way. Or maybe it didn't really look like it was on or something....I dunno
