Big Journalism : Monday Morning Crib Sheet: The Media Matters Bomb, ESPN and Sexism

Compare these facts: 1. The DC banned me, and my Intense Debate score is -70 (I only use that for Breitbart's sites). 2. I'm one of the very few who's willing and able to show how MMFA gets things wrong (which isn't the same as describing Brock's behavior and the rest in the DC report). I've written dozens of posts showing how MMFA misleads (see my site) and since 2003 or so I've left dozens of comments at MMFA showing how they're wrong. Only very rarely have I seen anyone else doing the same at their site. Tip: try to fail less.

Big Hollywood : Paging Occupy Wall Streeters: Brown Doles Out Corporate Welfare to Hollywood

Oddly enough, no Breitbart sites seem to have covered what sharpshiny mentioned: Brown signed a bill that lets illegal aliens deprive citizens of college. You can see a list of other r/w bloggers who've also ignored that bill here: http://24ahead.com/n/10845 Not only does that bill scr*w Americans, but it's unpopular and it's not difficult to discredit those who support it. Yet - oddly enough - Breitbart and others you rely seem to be ignoring it. Odd!

Breitbart.tv : CA Governor Brown Signs Open Carry Ban

Correct me if I'm wrong, but no Breitbart sites seem to have covered the news that CA's governor signed a bill that lets illegal aliens deprive citizens of college: http://24ahead.com/n/10845 See that link for a list of other r/w bloggers who haven't covered Brown signing that anti-American bill. Odd how they focus on things like this and not unpopular, anti-American bills, isn't it?

Big Government : Watch the Very First AttackWatch.com Commercial!

Great video. All I did was provide a detailed explanation of why one of AttackWatch's pushbacks is wrong: 24ahead.com/n/10829 Of course, who cares about actually trying to intellectually engage ones' opponents? Ridicule is where it's at, as Mr. Alinsky would certainly remind us.

Big Government : Sunday Open Thread: Pickett Edition

You know the immig. protests in Georgia? The leader of the main group behind them is a *former consul general of Mexico*: http://24ahead.com/n/10760 A former official of the Mexican gov't is agitating his countrymen inside the U.S. And, no one else seems to care. You'd think rightwing bloggers and teapartiers would be all over that story and would be willing to help me discredit an AP reporter who failed to note his past, but I can't get any help with that. Send emails or tweets to rightwing bloggers and ask them why they aren't all over that story and why they aren't helping me discredit an AP reporter.

Big Government : Exclusive Interview With Jim Shankman, the Man Behind the Ann Althouse Threat

I've left thousands of comments on hundreds of sites since 2002, and the only time I had to contact authorities about a reply I received was due to a reply on Althouse's blog. Her commenters openly set out to get me to stop posting comments there, culminating in that. And, it was all under her watchful eye; she knew what was going on. In the past the comments at her site had been somewhat OK, but that all changed when Althouse decided to pander to the barely-sane tea parties types. Riehl's buddy Instapundit also told me to "STFU"... while hiding behind a pseudonym like a little girl (I was able to determine the IP address he used). So, please don't tell me about the new tone or civility: teaparty types are the most vile, most idiotic people I've ever seen online and off. What's described in the post is bad, but TPers aren't much better. P.S. Because the above points out facts about TPers, expect them to respond with lies about me. Expect them to falsely assume that I support Shankman or am on his side; jumping to false conclusions is what they do because they have trouble thinking and they have little or no integrity. They aren't capable of making an argument; they don't even know what an argument is. So, they lie and smear. Ask them why they're following someone who joined with Soros to give millions to the ACLU; see: http://24ahead.com/n/10603

NewsReal Blog : Half of All Republicans Are Birthers… According to Democrat Pollsters

Calvin Freiburger is right to point out that there might be problems with the poll. However, simply pointing out that there might be problems with the poll isn't going to solve this issue for the GOP, now is it? Because, whether the poll is off by 1 point or 10, a good % of the GOP are "Birthers". And, the MSM is going to keep on using that against the GOP. So, if you're a GOP partisan, you have to do things in smarter ways: http://24ahead.com/obama-opponents-still-helping-...

NewsReal Blog : There’s Something Deeply Wrong with the Birth Certificate Narrative

Congrats, you're even worse than Hillbuzz. Speculation and wild theories just play right into the hands of those who smear anyone who has questions as a "Birther". But, hey, speculation and wild theories bring in the visitors, right? The way to resolve this whole issue is to just tell the truth, and to point out that the "AntiBirthers" have problems telling the truth. Few are committed to doing the first, and almost no one besides me is doing the second. I've caught dozens of MSM reporters lying and misleading about the basic, indisputable facts of this matter and I've gotten no help with holding them accountable. That's despite how getting help with that could help reduce the sting of being called "Birthers" and could help force those reporters to do real reporting. This issue is a golden opportunity to discredit dozens of MSM reporters, but no one else is interested in that. P.S. Here's a 1/09 interview with HI's gov that tends to cast doubt on whether he actually saw Baby O as he claims: http://24ahead.com/n/10325 Rather than engaging in wild speculation about that, do things like publicly shaming reporters into asking HI's gov for specific instances where he saw Baby O.

Breitbart.com : House leader Cantor believes Obama is a US citizen

I don't think it's that he's "bought off" so much that he just isn't that bright and he has low integrity. If he were brighter he could handle this issue in a way that would at the least lessen the sting each time the MSM plays the "Birther card". And, all he has to do is just tell the truth: http://24ahead.com/n/9350 Simply telling the truth is beyond those like Cantor because they can't even recognize the truth to begin with.

I realize being intellectually honest is (in the teaparty mind) just for COMMIES, but perhaps Ben Wetmore would care to point out that his "apolitical" link above is based on the beliefs of someone who hadn't seen Loughner for two years. No, really: Loughner's friend admits it right in the interview. That would seem to be highly relevant, especially since people can change a lot in their teens and early 20s. Why have those using that interview to deflect blame failed to tell you that? And, when will those who tried to blame Dupnik for not doing anything correct themselves, since his documented past run-ins before the shooting don't appear to rise to the level where anyone would be justified in committing him or the like? While there are no indications that Loughner was motivated by teaparty "ideas" (such as they are), there still remains the possibility that he was influenced by their *tactics*: http://24ahead.com/n/10310 If there's some other major political group besides the teapartiers that over the past two years has done things like bring guns to Obama appearances, threaten and intimidate politicians, wave "We came unarmed [this time]" signs and all the rest, please let us know what it is.

You're obviously an idiot. My comment was an over the top satire of how the teapartiers operate, and you thought I was serious. That was despite how easy it would be for you to visit the linked page and realize the point I was getting at. You might have also noted that I've posted over 9000 entries at my site since 2002. I mean, it's right in the top center of each page, it's hard to miss.
Mike Flynn, to put it simply, is a RINO. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if he's a little "pink", if you know what I mean. Sure, some might say, it's just a conference. But, it's a conference about STOPPING THE COMMUNIST SOCIALIST AGENDA.
Big Journalism : Guess Who! Bush Dominates Media to Promote Book

The source for the $3 trillion is based on the total costs, direct and non-direct: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/arti... One of the authors is "former chief financial officer at the Commerce Department" and another is "chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers under President Bill Clinton". The latter won a Nobel Prize in Economics. I don't think the "American Thinker" - a site that edited a comment I left there and then banned me after I complained - is in their league. And, it's not like Bush has much competition for "the best President THIS CENTURY". He's also among our worst, if not the worst. Another thing Bush did is allow five million new illegal aliens to stay here, over the wishes of the vast majority of the American people. He could have prevented that but chose not to. And, "True Conservatives" like you, the 'partiers, and Loesch said little or nothing as Bush was selling us out.

Big Journalism : Guess Who! Bush Dominates Media to Promote Book

Interesting. Is that an outlaw biker above? Perhaps he's a friend of Allen West. And, Dana Loesch - as with the other strict authoritarians in the teapartiers - sure seem to like their strongmen leaders, don't they? Someone like Christie who'll try to intimidate an audience member who wanted to ask Whitman a question, someone like Miller who'll have a reporter arrested, and so on. Bush projected such an image just to appeal to such longings, just as Saddam kept in shape by swimming and just as Putin engages in derring-do. All with the same goal and all designed to appeal to the same types of people. And, here are some of Bush's greatest hits: 1. Lying us into a war that cost $3 trillion. That's *trillion*. 2. His 2004 immig. plan was a massive H1B, but designed to apply to almost every type of job. They specifically named teachers and nurses. That would have flooded the U.S. with low-wage, higher-skilled foreign labor and would have reduced many previously middle class wages to near world levels. 3. After Katrina, his crooked scheme - one Dem leaders like Reid helped him with - involved moving Americans out of NO and moving in illegal aliens who were then employed by subcontractors working for Halliburton and similar companies working on largely no-bid contracts. That had huge social and fiscal costs: Americans were warehoused instead of working to rebuild their own city, the Mexican government established yet another beachhead in the U.S., we'll be paying the medical bills for those illegal aliens who worked in hazardous conditions in coming decades, and on and on. 4. In a campaign video, Bush waved a Mexican flag and spouted reconquista comments. 5. On a trip to Mexico, Bush pledged to pass amnesty to the Mexican government and the Mexican people. There's more, but you get the point: Bush is a traitor in all but the legal sense. And, the great majority of teapartiers supported him then and they still support him, despite massively increasing the U.S.'s debt and despite occasionally acting more like a paid agent of the Mexican government rather than the "patriot" they think he is. Bush is only a patriot in the same way that the Rosenbergs were. http://24ahead.com/s/tea-parties

Breitbart.tv : Rep. Bachmann Lays Out Issues Non-Negotiable for GOP

The people have spoken! (Or, at least the Real Americans as opposed to all the Commies who oppose teaparty)! The message is clear: the GOP has to concentrate on the *issues that matter*. The GOP has to concentrate on lowering taxes on billionaires from Topeka, help energy companies from Topeka pollute even more, cut government programs like LIHEAP (those moochers should have planned ahead!), and cut any programs that sound funny. However, under no circumstances should the GOP go after the Dems on immigration. That's the area where the Dems and in fact the "Ruling Class" are weakest, so the GOP should do what the teapartiers did for over a year: almost completely ignore that issue. Nothing says real, grassroots group like one that largely ignores immigration for over a year and that won't go after their opponents on their most vulnerable issue! http://24ahead.com/s/tea-parties

Big Journalism : Media Canonizes Paid Soros Activist Who Started Violence at Rand Paul Debate

The bottom line here is that Rand Paul and our tea party movement represent Liberty. That communist agitator represents the opposite: she opposes Liberty and Freedom. Why, with her sign and all she might as well be Joe Stalin himself. For all we know, she planned to get tackled by a group of Liberty-loving tea party folks and then strategically placed her head under the boot of a teaparty Patriot. At least, that's the way I see it. To Liberty!

Big Government : 60 Minutes Shock Report: National Unemployed and Underemployed 17.5%; California 22%

The teapartiers could care less about the unemployed. They've spent the past year+ turning and running: instead of caring about the welfare of their fellow citizens, all they care about is themselves. Sure, they might talk a good game, but - based on writing over 140 posts about them since Feb. '09 - they really don't care about those who are worse off than they are. For instance, about a year and a half ago I sent an open letter to the Obama-linked CAP, outlining how they could not just help get jobs for Americans but also reduce spending: http://24ahead.com/n/8902 I got absolutely zero help from any r/w bloggers or teapartiers in my campaign. Supporting my campaign could have made the Obama-linked CAP look bad at the same time as freeing up jobs for Americans. The teaparty, r/w blogger types were AWOL as usual.
