Good grief. Are you going to start charging "Dawn" rent for the head space she's occupying? She's been out of office >1 year and she has her home up for sale. I can assure you she's not thinking about you, but you seem to not be able to move past her.

They're all drama - Giattino, Fisher, Vijay, Bhalla, DeFusco. It's all drama all the time.

I wouldn't worry regardless. Phil is unlikely to win based on past performances.

If you're going to accuse someone of a crime, you should probably do it on more than rumor and innuendo.

"Our beloved Annette"? OMG I just laughed.

You can hate on Ravi all day, but this is the first time I've seen her referred to as beloved.

And AOC is a nightmare by any measure.

If they're reporting combined income & they're eligible for middle income housing, then there's no issue.
However, isn't she living in subsidized (low income) housing? And isn't their combined income far greater than the maximum?

OTOH, is she better or worse than the proposed replacement? Are there really no better candidates?

Is Annette still living in subsidized housing?

According to the letter, Everbridge doesn't disagree with the City's assessment on the use of nixle nor do they believe it was a flagrant violation of the terms of service. So what is the story here? It looks like the CC was incorrect in asserting that Bhalla "breached the terms of service."

I think this is a tempest in a teapot.

The ferries should be repaired anywhere but along the Hoboken waterfront. It's unbelievable to me that the Imperiale family (or whatever their name is) got away with this much this long.
