Yes, these jobs may not earn any cheers for him, but he's working on it, for his team and teammates. i know his performance is not very impressive as i said in the previous post, but i also mentioned why (esp he's on the new position), so i'm not going to repeat. he didn't run and run throughout the game he played, but it doesn't mean he's so lazy that he did nothing on the pitch. i wish you see the positive things he had done for the team, and give him a little support but not sigh and turn away from him because of a not so brilliant play in 45 mins. But for the first team player, these are just like drill, and they had to prevent themselves from injuries. tbh, his play is not very impressive, but a fair one for me.
