You know she is in special education and has been since she was 4. She cant even pass the special eductions classes. I pray she can do better in school now and someday graduate. She's so far behind they say she will only ever get a certificate of completion. Never a Diploma. Isn't that sad. I pray...I pray that this child will be able to move forward now.You know she saw the his death on the news and didn't even say a word about it. She can read this too~!how do you think she felt when she read some of the things people said about the heinous crime that was committed against her was excused because he made a mistake. Her counslers arent going to press her on it. She doesn't know how to process emotions now. Dr's say shes numb. She lost her Grandmother and her Mother last year. When they passed away she didn't even cry. Shes had such a tough life. And she hasn't even become an adult yet. I thank those of you who sent your good thoughts and prayers. Please continue to pray for her. Pray that she can stop having nightmares now and start dreaming about a great future.

I pray...I pray that this child will be able to move forward now. I mean honestly more than one person said "The girl lied about her age...Or some of you said it was OK because he knew her and she lied about her age." That means he continued to say he did nothing wrong to this little girl.Several of you stated that they were told she lied about her age, or that it was OK because he thought she was older. Well...he must have told people about that he thought she was older and that she lied, which meant he wasn't sorry for what heinous things he did to her, and thought he did nothing wrong to this preciouas1child. He must not have truly repented for what he did wrong.Because he said he didn't do anything wrong. Now she is growing into a young woman with memories that no child should ever have in there mind! Where is your compassion for this little girl?!? Some of you acted like it was ok, It was not OK regardless of the circumstances. She was a child! She has been in counseling over 4 years now. And still believes she did something wrong. I pray that with continued counseling she can learn that she did nothing wrong, and that she is worthy of life. She believes she doesn't belong here on earth. I pray that her self esteem gets pushed up to a point that she stops cutting herself. I pray that someday she will love herself again,And allow herself to be loved. Yes I am a sinner, we are all sinners. I agree. But I admit my sins and ask God to forgive me. I pray for his sake when he met his maker that he repented then. He certainly didn't do it here on earth ,because he said he didnt do anything wrong to my neice. So if he believed that how could he repent. When he was sentenced for this crime. The evil grin on his face sent shivers through my sisters body she told us. (Psalm 14:2-3) In life you have to truly repent, and stop doing those sins.Or at least try to stop. I pray ..yes I pray daily. I do pray for his family. That they will find God and repent and ask for forgiveness as well. But I pray the most about my poor little niece who will never be the same person that she was before this happened to her. She used to laugh and joke and play and now she mostly sits in her room staring at walls. I haven't seen her laugh or cry or hope or dream in years. I pray now that he is gone,she can move forward and learn that she does matter. S he does belong here, And that it WASN'T HER FAULT.

He knew her age. Get your facts straight. And even if she lied, which she didn't. He was an adult, and she was a child. He molested my niece and was originally charged with CSC1 but took a plea deal to get out of a life time of jail. Prosecutors knew he wouldn't last until 2012 when his probation was due to be ending. Thats why they let him make the deal. They knew sooner or later he would get in trouble again and violate probation. You must have a screw loose Lady

To LadyRae24,tanishahill, and any other person that thinks this is sad or feels sorry for him or his family I know the story better than anyone. I am the uncle of that 12 year old. Her and her mother lived above this animal and the grandma. She did not lie. They knew she was only 12 and he also gave her marijuina and cocaine knowing she was only 12. Then he molested her. The whole family smokes marijuana. including the grandma that dealt weed for him. He and his so called family are an insult to the word human being. The whole family is insane. Prosecuted!!! lets see, the long list includes Possesion Methamphetamine Possession of Marijuana 2nd Offense Drug Supp Trespassing Creating a Disturbance Along with his Michigan offender search listing which he was charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct, 2nd Deg (Person Under 13) and Controlled Substance-Delivery/Manf., Nar/Coc <50 Grams And were supposed to feel bad because he had mental issues??? Look at the reports people. They are all public accessible. You that are feeling sorry for him or his family may think differently if you dig deeper into his past Listen I don't care if people think there is some good in everyone.
