In 1967 the Jews once again liberated east Jerusalem. It was never "arab east Jerusalem", title to all the land there has come down through the Ottoman empire and it proves Jewish ownership. Jordan only had the eastern part of the city for 19 years. Israel has now had it back for 43 years. Jerusalem is the capitol of Israel. Amman Jordan is the capitol of the Palestinian nation. Arabs can't steal Jerusalem again, it never belonged to them and unless they win a war and capture it we will not give over billions in infrastructure to the arabs.
