Just wanted to hop in and let you all know that we've since fixed the "fuzzy" avatars (as you probably noticed).

We're also aware that our customization options are a bit limited right now. This is something we hope to do more with in the future. Thanks for the feedback everyone.

Interesting point about the "Tweet this comment" copy. We'll definitely take this into consideration.

As for the other file, does your current comments.php contain any <noscript> tags? We've found a few themes that don't play nice with our plugin as a result from this. Shoot us an email at support@intensedebate.com with your blog url and we'll get it sorted out.
