That's fantastic news. I've been waiting for an LED option that syncs with current hardware. Here it is!

I think taking a break from your work every 30-60 minutes is incredibly important. It can be difficult to notice your productivity slipping and once it's gone I find myself trying to force it. That never works. Just stopping and making myself a cup of tea it often enough to get the creative juices flowing again.
