Just curious, BluePhantom2: why did you use apostrophes in the phrase "...liberal's or progressive's care about feeilngs...?" Seriously, I'd like to know. I'm not picking on you; I've wanted to ask this question for a long time. It seems sometimes people just sprinkle them in at random, almost as if there were a quota for the number of apostrophes in a paragraph.

Sigh. I used to like Kathleen Parker back a few years ago when she made sense. But this is just babbling liberal crap. I wonder what happened?

I must admit that I'm glad Dr. Laura has decided to hang up her headphones. While I generally agree with what she has to say, I think she's shrill and self-righteous, and she tends to be rude and dismissive to her callers. I have never been able to stand listening to her for more than a few minutes at a time.

That would be a good idea except for two things:

Thing 1.) The FCC does not regulate the MSM, at least for now. It regulates radio and television stations. Period. Not cable, not networks, not newspapers. Just radio and TV stations.

Thing 2.) Who do you think appoints the FCC commissioners? The president. So good luck with that anyway.

The dazzling arrogance of King Barack never fails to amaze me -- I guess I'm just easily amazed. Or, maybe I keep thinking that someone will get through to him and explain that he needs to at least pretend that he doesn't hold the American people in contempt. I was, actually, pleased to hear that the mosque is supported by our Dear Leader, because every time he does something like this, the switch will flip in a few more people, and they'll realize that they have not elected a president, but rather an arrogant and distant ruler.
