Most bloggers do forget about promoting their blogs in offline, traditional ways. These should produce some great results because we may come in contact with so many persons on a daily basis. This way family and friends can help promote the blogging idea. I'm trying to establish my blog as a brand where people will go to for help.

My new blog is now just about a week and a half old and the majority of my visitors so far are referrals from other sites that I have posted comments on. I find that tweeting about my blog posts on twitter actually bring in a little traffic as well.
