He's a very funny guy, but it's more than that. He's honest without being cruel. For instance, he's very open about his atheism, but doesn't push it on anybody or belittle believers just because they believe.

Larry Miller is a frequent guest and has his own podcast on Carolla's network. He seems like a nice guy--nicer than Adam, at any rate--and is a good storyteller. I'd recommend that one, too.
