What is it about dreaming of those who are gone. I haven't dreamed of Mom in awhile either, but when I did... wow, they were hard and powerful and crazy.

does it hurt to know that I do yoga with an ipod app? don't have time for a class and can never find one to fit my schedule, but love the exercises. it feels right on the days i don't do my cardio/strength workout. and definitely makes me feel better.

Not yet, but I'll keep ya posted. And no worries, I'll be listening no matter what. ;)

Always enjoy the talks, but wanted to share that I often miss the video since I listen to and from work on my ipod. The video is a way bigger download as well. Have you thought of an audio only feed? Thanks!
