It's quite the paradox. Simplifying is not simple. It's definitely a process, it really can't happen overnight. Thanks.

Point taken, but "time wasters" can be manipulated to our advantage as well. For example, waiting can be a good thing when you're prepared with a book, homework, or something else productive that you can be doing while waiting.

I have about 350 paper back books. For me it's worth the price of an ereader just because I don't have anymore room for books, and the work I plan to get into requires a lot of travel for extended periods of time. So, I'm trying to convert to an ereader. I still love the feel of a real book better, but it's not practical.
Even though I think digital books are ridiculously expensive, they're still cheaper than regular books. The hard part for me is trying to sell the books I have so I can buy the digital version.
Good analysis, though, of ereaders.
