definitely. you can't just imitate what you like, you have to take ownership and run with the idea full speed.

I would try that, but I'm not sure how much help it would be. I've experienced the same problems in 5 different locations in 3 totally separate cities around South Carolina. I've also heard the horror stories from people who actually do call in for help. Multiple visits and problems still persist. Quite frankly I don't feel like wasting my time calling in, sitting on hold, going through the ringer, and waiting for a technician to come out to try to solve a problem that appears to be network wide and way over his head. I'd rather join the throng of people griping in hopes that one day they'll actually hear us and fix the whole system rather than bandaiding one house at a time.
