It clearly reads "10 most popular BMX riders on ridebmx.com for 2010" and the byline on the marqee reads "Ride's most searched riders of 2010." Does it need to be spelled out for you? It's based on searches on ridebmx.com, no "lies" here, Holly.

Thanks for the compliment. As for the three wallpapers of the same rider, keep in mind that the wallpapers are made from photos that have recently been published in Ride and we just had a big feature with Slattery and well, we just think he's awesome, too—did you see his section in This Is United? Anyway, we'll try to mix it up a little more in the future. In regards to the photo shoot...We'll see...

I think Fat does everything better too, however, I did say in the intro "filming from the stands isn’t the greatest when trying to cover all the action, but that’s all we can do during the finals." I could only film maybe half the course from where I was (and that was the BEST angle). Also, for your information, most of the riders did pretty much the same lines they did in prelims, only with an whip or bar throw in somewhere.

No, I still don't get it, because I never questioned Ian's decision to become a farmer in the first place. I totally supported Ian's decision in the entire interview. I even asked him about organic and sustainable agriculture in response to something he said in his original press release. I think your original comment is geared more towards my personal spending habits and pretty much has nothing to do with Ian (other than that he is coincidentally a farmer). Great, you grow food for your friends and family, I applaud you. I buy the majority of my produce from a farmer's market because I'd rather support locally grown produce and small farmers like yourself. So why don't stop with your pointless and seemingly condescending comments.

What the does that comment have anything to do with this article? I know exactly where the "over priced vegan health food" comes from, and I know why it costs more. Believe me, I'm sure I know a lot more about food and the food industry than you do. I think being a vegan for 11 years proves that I've made a lot of educated decisions about what I eat.

I disagree with you Sam, when Ian officially quit his role of a sponsored professional BMX rider he did basically "burn out." If he continued being a sponsored rider while farming and got less and less coverage in the process, until fell into obscurity (so to speak), then he would've "faded away." It doesn't imply that he will no longer ride, the quote is in direct response to Ian's decision to no longer be a pro rider. Personally, I think it's a catchy title that works well.

I received the same letter (email) this morning, it's legit. It's a coincidence that I made that post last night and then that email was in my inbox this morning. Regardless, even if the timing of this post was late, it's great news for the banks. Props goes out to Steve Rodriguez once again.
